Ten minutes after I hung up with her she was calling me back asking if the next morning would be okay since it was not raining. I told her that would be great. He was there at 9:00am. They truly care about their customers...They checked back with us later to make sure it still wasn't leaking.

Looking for estimates on a roof replacement. Funny, I never got one even though it was promised…read more In fact they never took any measurements at all. Damage was found and suggested I file a claim. Insurance was quick to respond, checks in the bank in a couple of days. The only redeeming factor for this roofing company is their install crew. They were hard working, organized and diligent on cleanup. Near Me Roofing Co. however was disorganized, lacked the ability to communicate and deceptive. They attempted to give me a lower grade shingle than priced by insurance. I'm sure the shingle would have been fine but not what I was paying for. I was told shingles would be hand nailed but were installed with air guns. Again, not a big problem just deceptive. Supplies arrived 3 days after scheduled day & only after I contacted the company. Install day and no installers. Around 1 pm someone did call and I learned they were finishing up another job. I was asked if they could squeeze me in? Guess they had rescheduled my job for the next day. Because no one measured the roof they ran short on shingles. It's disappointing to watch it rain on your unfinished roof. A few days later additional supplies arrived unannounced at 6 am blocking access to my car. We are on day 6 and still waiting for them to pick up the pallet of leftovers. I'm in my mid 70's and really grateful the grocery store is only a mile away. It's been the most chaotic roofing job I've ever been through. Basically they made the sale and communication stopped. While the installers did a really good job I would NEVER recommend this company.

We are new to the area and I did research on four (4) companies in the area to quote and then come…read moreinstall new gutters on the house and a metal shop. 1. Very Professional. They responded to my request for a quote the same day I made the request. 2. Timely. Not only did they arrive on time when they stated they would to give me a quote, they called to re-verify I was available approximately 1 hour before they arrived. 3. Customer Service. After the run-around from the other three (3) companies, I contacted Henry's to have them proceed. They insisted on having the person that provided the quote to contact me to answer any additional questions or concerns I may have. 4. Just in time. I was given an estimate day for installation, followed up by a reconfirmation a couple of days beforehand. The work was completed just in time to test everything because it started raining the next morning. 5. Highly Recommended. Not only was everything on time and now successfully tested, you would be hard pressed to tell that they had been here installing the guttering (besides the brand spanking new guttering in place). They had to remove part of the eave fascia on the house and trim part of the roof on the shop and there isn't a nail, scrap of wood, or piece of metal left behind. All they left behind was their footprints.
