They were both the existing door and set it in the garage so we could reuse it in another part of the house. The covered all the floor surfaces before they started. They swept up several times while doing the installation. So they didn't track anything. They took the extra time to paint the metal brick support installed in 1993 over the door frame to match the rest of the door. Not part of the project but definitely brought the entire entry together. They also respond well to Home bake cookies. we have been looking at steel doors for years. Well, they're more than wooden doors. The quality and strength and durability is so much better. These steel doors cost about 50% more than a high-quality wood door. Each door weighs 125 pounds plus the glass door insert. The one piece metal frame weighs even more. I love the way there is no door knob. Just push.

Called again one week later still got the run around said they would check and return my call. Finally called back and informed them they had four hours to return my call or I would be posting a complaint to the better business burau. Somebody finally called back and told me the windows weren't there yet and would be delivered by the end of December. They gave me a check for $1000 for my inconvenience. They said I would be called the week of January 8 to scheduled installation. This is one month past the original date of installation. I called on the 8th and was told they weren't off the truck yet and they would definitely call me on the next day, January 9th.to set up installation. I waited until after 3 to hear from them and then tried to call their customer service line. No body answers. This has been an ongoing problem with this company. If I had known I would have gone with a different company. Promised new windows in 10-12 weeks now getting close to 16-17 weeks. Stuck in contract will let you know how long it actually takes. Worried that the warranty won't mean much if this is how customers are treated even before installation.

Additionally, the sales and back-office team worked with me to design a very large picture frame window that I have at the front of my home. We had our windows installed September 21st. Upon their team leaving I noticed that there was a…read moretear in the screen of the kitchen window that they had installed hours prior. I messaged them in regards to the issue and they said they'd have someone repair it. Later after taking a closer look at all of our windows after the install we noticed bent frames on 3 out of the 4 large windows we had installed. Upon messaging them on September 25th about the second issue, no one responded. I then emailed the office on September 26th, no response. Emailed again on September 28th and finally received a response. I was told "We have brought these issues to the attention of our head installer and someone should be reaching out to you next week to schedule a time to address these issues for you.". On October 2nd I had still not heard from anyone and emailed again after now finding damage to our planter boxes outside (see review image for email correspondence on this). On October 3rd I was then told "please let me assure you that someone will be reaching out to you very soon regarding your issues. Please advise where you purchased the planter. We are so sorry for the damage incurred. The screen will be re-screened when the other repairs are addressed." Three more weeks went by and we didn't hear a single word from anyone. Then on October 26th I get a text that a service appointment had been scheduled, however our daughter had just been born prematurely and was in the NICU. We called and spoke with Jeremy to let him know we'd need a different day, at that time he said someone wouldn't even need to be home for them to repair the screen. Great, however Jeremy had no idea about the other issue we had addressed with the bent frames. Upon telling him, he advised he would need to have someone different come out for those issues and that he would call us to schedule a time when they'd be able to. It's now December 15th and we haven't heard from anyone, again. Almost 3 months ago we had our windows installed & Supreme Windows still has yet to fix these issues or even contact us. I understand that things happen and business may be very busy. However, when a customer pays over $7k to have windows installed, they would expect a company to contact them back and fix the errors made during installation.

We are new to the area and I did research on four (4) companies in the area to quote and then come…read moreinstall new gutters on the house and a metal shop. 1. Very Professional. They responded to my request for a quote the same day I made the request. 2. Timely. Not only did they arrive on time when they stated they would to give me a quote, they called to re-verify I was available approximately 1 hour before they arrived. 3. Customer Service. After the run-around from the other three (3) companies, I contacted Henry's to have them proceed. They insisted on having the person that provided the quote to contact me to answer any additional questions or concerns I may have. 4. Just in time. I was given an estimate day for installation, followed up by a reconfirmation a couple of days beforehand. The work was completed just in time to test everything because it started raining the next morning. 5. Highly Recommended. Not only was everything on time and now successfully tested, you would be hard pressed to tell that they had been here installing the guttering (besides the brand spanking new guttering in place). They had to remove part of the eave fascia on the house and trim part of the roof on the shop and there isn't a nail, scrap of wood, or piece of metal left behind. All they left behind was their footprints.
