We had our windows installed September 21st. Upon their team leaving I noticed that there was a tear in the screen of the kitchen window that they had installed hours prior. I messaged them in regards to the issue and they said they'd have someone repair it. Later after taking a closer look at all of our windows after the install we noticed bent frames on 3 out of the 4 large windows we had installed. Upon messaging them on September 25th about the second issue, no one responded. I then emailed the office on September 26th, no response. Emailed again on September 28th and finally received a response. I was told "We have brought these issues to the attention of our head installer and someone should be reaching out to you next week to schedule a time to address these issues for you.". On October 2nd I had still not heard from anyone and emailed again after now finding damage to our planter boxes outside (see review image for email correspondence on this). On October 3rd I was then told "please let me assure you that someone will be reaching out to you very soon regarding your issues. Please advise where you purchased the planter. We are so sorry for the damage incurred. The screen will be re-screened when the other repairs are addressed." Three more weeks went by and we didn't hear a single word from anyone. Then on October 26th I get a text that a service appointment had been scheduled, however our daughter had just been born prematurely and was in the NICU. We called and spoke with Jeremy to let him know we'd need a different day, at that time he said someone wouldn't even need to be home for them to repair the screen. Great, however Jeremy had no idea about the other issue we had addressed with the bent frames. Upon telling him, he advised he would need to have someone different come out for those issues and that he would call us to schedule a time when they'd be able to. It's now December 15th and we haven't heard from anyone, again. Almost 3 months ago we had our windows installed & Supreme Windows still has yet to fix these issues or even contact us. I understand that things happen and business may be very busy. However, when a customer pays over $7k to have windows installed, they would expect a company to contact them back and fix the errors made during installation. read more

This company damaged windows and screams when they installed them. They did a terrible Job installing the caulking and cut too much window out leaving large gaps. I wouldn't recommend them to my enemy. When trying to get the matter resolved they did not come back to help after several calls. Told me they came to fix it 2 times when they never came. We had an accident shattering the lower pane of a two sash window. Based on reviews on-line we called Supreme Window and dealt with the owner Garrett Holcomb. What a big mistake! After accepting the job to make the window like new, we removed, transported (both ways) and reinstalled the window ourselves. All Supreme was to do is replace the double pane glass and cross section strips into the frame. First they advertise on their vehicle to install new windows for about $389 ea (10 windows for $3,899). Garrett chose to charge us $350 ( nearly the price of a new installed window) for the single pane with no remove or install. What we got back was the old frame with only the double glass replaced. The white quartering separators were the originals, damaged, covered with black finger prints and only on the outside, making the interior look completely different to the other windows in the house. So the price was opportunistic at best, They said a week and delivered in 9 days, and didn't deliver the repair we paid for and what was committed. Given this is how Supreme does business, I am not only dissatisfied, but strongly recommend you find another supplier for your window needs. read more

If I could rate a zero, I would. We replaced all the windows in our home on an extensive remodel. The work was sloppy and unprofessional. When our windows began to leak, we called Garret, the owner, for help. They dodged our calls for weeks, and when they finally came out, they just pookied all of the exterior parts and left. They came back again but don't know anything about how to fix their own products. 10 months later we still have leaky windows every time it rains. The office won't return our calls and won't honor their product they installed or the warranty we were garunteed at purchase. These guys are out for a quick profit and don't stand behind their work at all. Avoid this business at all costs. read more

We are happy with the product, although a bit pricey. Installation looks good but windows were not cleaned. Prior to leaving , my wife asked if they were going to clean the new windows but they just left. The installers left a silicone-like smear on the windows that does not come off! I contacted Supreme Windows who said that they "were not window cleaners, only installers ". Secretary said the owner would call me but he never did. I'm not sure how to clean my new windows! We would not recommend Supreme Windows due to poor service. read more
