STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I hired this company to…read moreinstall irrigation and grass in my backyard and part of my side yard. They gave us nothing but problems. I gave them thousands of dollars, and ended up having to hire someone to fix their mess or fix it myself. To start, the worker who was to install the irrigation was supposed to take 2 days, but it took over a week. The reason being: he kept napping on my front porch or in my side yard. My neighbors kept texting and calling to see if I knew about a strange guy sleeping in my front yard. Then, the new irrigation zones in the backyard were supposed to be connected to the existing system in the front yard. They did not connect it to anything, so the new zones had no water going to them. Once they did finally come out to fix it, half the new sod they laid died. They were supposed to come out and redo it, but never did despite dozens of calls and texts from me. Also, when the new zones were finally connected, I had to figure out how to adjust every head myself because some were spraying directly into a fence, pointed the opposite way, over-spraying over the fence, etc. It was a nightmare! Finally, they were only supposed to lay sod in the half of the side yard that was torn up from where all the tractors were coming in and out during our pool construction. I guess the guy (the same one who barely worked 2 hours per day because he was too busy napping in random places) didn't listen to instructions because he tore up all the existing grass that was in good shape. But because they were only supposed to lay sod in half of the side yard, they did not fix the good grass he tore up! I tried so many times for many weeks to get them to follow up on their work, and it was always one excuse after another; and that's if I could even get a call back! STAY AWAY FROM THIS GUY!!!

The initial contractor that was supposed to put in our screened porches and doors completely failed us. They were in the original build bid, but totally neglected and we were left with some scraggly old posts that were twisted and warped. We called Brad Jacobson, and he responded within two days, he showed up at our homes and we went over all of our options, he was very clear in all of the things we could expect and choose. There was a slight delay in materials showing up, but when wasn't there in 2022, but once everything arrived, things got rolling. The screened porches and doors are not only beautiful, they are strong and sturdy, they really work well keeping out all the little bugs as well as enhance the look of our home immensely. Now we can really enjoy our porches no matter what time of year, without any fear of mosquitoes or bees etc. Thank you Brad, I know it's been a couple of months since they were installed but we wanted to give them some time to see if anything would change. There's been no warping or fading of the walls and posts, the screens are beautiful and as tight as day one. We really love the work that was done, and I would recommend this business to everybody

They also replaced three 30" x 84" picture windows in our living room that provides a great view of the screened porch. The week that the workers arrived was one of the hottest of the year with daily temperatures exceeding 105 degrees each day. In spite of the miserable weather conditions, the work was completed on time and the results were exceptional. The owner came out and could not figure out why it was coming apart. Several month later a worker came out to fix it took one look at it and told me he would get back to me. Never heard from him again. Went to the store and owner Sean Rose told me it could not be fixed and the flooring had been discontinued. I asked for a copy of the lifetime garruntee the floor came with and was told it was probably 25 pages long and he would get the manufacturers rep to call me. Haven"t heard from him either. Not sure why the floor could not be fixed after it was installed but not 5 years later. Something about it might mess up the whole floor. Buyer beware. Calls are not returned and commitments not kept.

Left a bunch of broken glass. They said it would take two days but they might be able to get it done in one; yet they only got about 20% of their work done in the first day. Said they'd be here at 9 and arrived about 10:30. They cancelled on me for day two because they didn't have enough glazing. I do not recommend these guys.
