I am so happy that I went with them for our home window replacements. They look fantastic and are sealed very well. I have been able to lower my thermostat and stay comfortably warm. I had my windows cleaned and am very pleased with the service and professionalism of That Window Guy. Alex was the lead window cleaner. He had one other person who was brand new. Alex did a great job coaching him and also did a great job cleaning the windows. He inspected each window and when one wasn't to his standard he coached the new person on how to clean them better. I'm very impressed with the professionalism and work ethic of Alex. He worked very hard with a great attitude. I'd give a 5 star had there been two people on the job but since Alex was training it took longer but the cleanliness of my windows is 5 star worthy!! read more

Just moved in to my new house and break a large sliding double pane window. I called TWG and an employee was at my house in a half hour..I do live about 1min away from their shop. The window had to be custom fabricated and due to the supply chain issue it took some time but they got it handled on time, with a great price and a smile. Would definitely recommend. read more

We first call this company to wash our windows, they did a good job washing them. Because they were old windows and we wanted to get them replaced, they gave a estimate on replacement window. We had already replaced 12 windows on the back side of our lakefront home with another company, but felt we had over paid for the. The estimate was very good for the same type of windows and we needed the remaining 11 windows done, so we went with them and they measured the windows and the order was placed. A few weeks later the windows came in. They installed them, broke one of the window I stalling them, the screens were poorly put together, they had to take 2 screens back and fix them. Upon my inspection of the windows, I found that they had not took into account the fact that the windows had inside shutters, that were there when they measured them. These beautiful double hang windows would not open for clean as they promoted on their sales pitch. They opened up and down, but pulling them down to clean the outside was not possible, because the window would not clear the shutters, one of the reasons we wanted these types of windows. Their reason for this "Well I've never seen these windows open like that when there are shutters on the windows" OK, then I pointed to the back windows that had been replaced and they work the way they are suppose to, because they measured the windows to include the shutters, so they would open they way they promoted them to and they were there when you measured these windows, then if they wouldn't open with the shutters, the way you promoted them to , then you should have told us that, before we placed they order. This wasn't acceptable. So they said they would talk to the boss and see what they could do. We didn't pay the remaining balance them at the time. The next week the manager came by to inspect the windows, we told him we were not happy, that the windows did not work they way they promote them to and that they didn't measure them properly, so they would. He said "well the open up and down for normal use, so sorry" We asked for a 10% discount on top of the additional 4 extra window cleans they offered, he said no that he won't make any money on the deal. They refused to satisfy us. And we don't have windows that work the way we wanted unless we want to remove our beautiful shutters, which we don't. They also didn't clean up very well, one of my guest stepped on a piece of glass, I found parts of the old windows and broken pieces of wood from them taking out the old windows. When they came to replace the lower window they broke on I stall, on my inspection, I found that not only did the new window that they just put in scratched they window right above it was also scratched. They did come last Friday and replaced the scratched windows and the screens. So now they look good, I just can't open them to clean them like I'm supposed to be able to. Very disappointed in this company and their customers service, we could have had windows they work properly if they'd only have measure correctly. I guess the old adage "Measure twice, cut once" is spot on. read more

Our lake house had many windows with broken seals - That Window Guy came out and took a thorough look. Rather than full replacement windows, they suggested replacing the glass only on all the windows, which saved us some money. The install crew, Jason and Brandon, showed up on time and did a great job. They installed the replacement windows, and washed the glass inside and out. They moved furniture as needed and put it back into place. Kind, classy guys! I also ordered solar screens from them for the front of our house, and they work great and look nice.
