They have sections of the showroom floor (about 6x6 maybe?) done in different flooring, so you can see what it looks like better than just a plank. Handling of the order was without issues. I don't think they have their own installers, but they gave us a name (Elvis), and he couldn't have been better. They showed up on time, finished quickly, and without incident. Floor looked great. I might also add that the reason we went there in the first place, was because everyone we talked to in Tyler recommended them as the only place to go.

The owner came out and could not figure out why it was coming apart. Several month later a worker came out to fix it took one look at it and told me he would get back to me. Never heard from him again. Went to the store and owner Sean Rose told me it could not be fixed and the flooring had been discontinued. I asked for a copy of the lifetime garruntee the floor came with and was told it was probably 25 pages long and he would get the manufacturers rep to call me. Haven"t heard from him either. Not sure why the floor could not be fixed after it was installed but not 5 years later. Something about it might mess up the whole floor. Buyer beware. Calls are not returned and commitments not kept.

At the same time, we needed two new sets of French doors and all new windows in our 50-year old house. After some quotes, we went with Bullard Siding Co., Inc.. We can't say enough good about Chris, Drew, Justin and Jason. Our finished product looks amazing. We are so well insulated. Rain and gargantuan earth worms will no longer to be able to get in under the cracks of the doors. The windows should save us $$$ on heating/cooling bills. Plus they look nice, they're easy to clean and easy to open. We're pretty much going to live on the porch this summer. Deceitful. That is the best word I can use to describe our experience with Floor Works Tyler after…read morespending thousands of dollars with this company. Throughout our dealings, there was a failure to adequately communicate and document expenditures, which led us to dispute several charges. After attempting to resolve these issues, we reached a written agreement with Kelly G. in sales establishing the final amount we would pay. We paid that agreed amount in full, and our check clearly stated "PAID IN FULL." After depositing our check, however, the company began sending emails demanding payment of the disputed difference, as though no agreement had ever been reached. On numerous occasions, I responded to Amy T. in accounting, providing the written communications from Kelly G. confirming our agreement on the final balance. Amy never acknowledged that documentation or asked any questions to clarify the matter. Instead, she repeatedly sent the same demand for payment, despite my continued responses providing the written agreement. The situation escalated when Floor Works Tyler turned the account over to collections for the very amount we had disputed and, according to our written agreement, had already resolved. This experience has seriously undermined our trust in this company and its employees. Based on how this matter has been handled, I cannot recommend Floor Works Tyler to anyone. We intend to pursue legal action against Floor Works Tyler to seek appropriate damages and hold the company accountable for its handling of this dispute. I strongly encourage anyone considering doing business with this company to carefully document every charge, retain all written communications, and obtain clear written confirmation of any agreement regarding payment.
