We hired WinCoice USA to put in 12 windows in a new patio door in our home. Mike Price, who is the sales rep came out talked to us all through the construction and demonstration of the windows and gave us a quote which is very reasonable. Chad and his installation crew KJ and King came out on a Thursday and had all the windows pulled out and the new ones put in. They came back on Friday to do some final trim on the outside. Ordered window in September 2025. Was told they would be installed by December 10, 2025. Called in early December to get date of installation. was told they needed to call back later. that day. Never received call. Called again one week later still got the run around said they would check and return my call. Finally called back and informed them they had four hours to return my call or I would be posting a complaint to the better business burau. Somebody finally called back and told me the windows weren't there yet and would be delivered by the end of December. They gave me a check for $1000 for my inconvenience. They said I would be called the week of January 8 to scheduled installation. This is one month past the original date of installation. I called on the 8th and was told they weren't off the truck yet and they would definitely call me on the next day, January 9th.to set up installation. I waited until after 3 to hear from them and then tried to call their customer service line. No body answers. This has been an ongoing problem with this company. If I had known I would have gone with a different company. Promised new windows in 10-12 weeks now getting close to 16-17 weeks. Stuck in contract will let you know how long it actually takes. Worried that the warranty won't mean much if this is how customers are treated even before installation. read more

I set up a free installation for my friend who has metal disabilities and has a very hard time understanding complex contracts. WinChoice USA came out for the free quote AND CONFUSED HIM INTO SIGNING A $21,000.00 CONTRACT!!! I have called 4 times just as soon as he told me what they did to him and now no one will answer the phone and the business is open until 8pm. Where do we start? It's just been HORRIBLE and we consider ourselves patient, kind people. We paid in full upon installation. Made some complaints and were promised a quick response. Two years since our purchase and some of the original action items have not been taken care of. YES... 2-full years. Phone calls and emails only randomly responded to. Promises made and timelines broken repeatedly, always one reason or another. Always an excuse, always "waiting on an installer" (because they are not their employees). One window had to be screwed shut by the installer because it would not close correctly. Lots of issues and very poor build quality. Folks. Do your homework please. We are here to sound the alarm on this company. BBB (Better Business Bureau) reviews are either all 5-star (their friends/schill reviews) or all 1-star. Literally. I mean how many companies have all 5's and all 1's. What does that tell you? The harsh reviews here and at the BBB are 100% true. They will lie and tell you their installers are their employees. They are not, they are contractors that do work for many other companies. Never the same ones coming back when there are issues. Windows leak air (smoke comes into our home from outside... yes... from outside) Mechanisms break repeatedly, and their internal trim pieces slide down and catch the balance mechanisms in the windows and cause them to break, making it very difficult to close them... hence their installer screwing the window shut (see pics). We are still waiting for many fixes and repairs to be done. It's sad a company takes $30K from you and then turns their back on you repeatedly when you ask for help. Have held off on leaving a review for two years. We are done and will do all we can to let folks know this company is not worth your time or money. See pics: Interior damage upon install. Small exterior water drain vents just fall off and are gone. The list goes on and on. Was better off with our 1990's contractor grade aluminum windows. They lasted 30 years. We'll be lucky if these make it 5. So disappointed in this company, I expected better from someone who claims "Made in America". They are all 100% on your side in the beginning, always nice, always answer the phone. Once the issues start, it's hit or miss. I feel sorry for the customer service folks... they seem nice enough but unfortunately are trying to support a horrible product and poor accountability by ownership. I put in an order for new windows on one wall of my house. I paid thousands in full. The contract was signed January 31st, 2022 and as of May 10th, 2022, the job still is not done. One of the windows they put in last month does not match the others. There have been endless excuses when the phone calls were finally picked up. Today was the fourth attempt to correct the wrong window that was installed. While waiting for them to show at the appointed time, it became obvious they were not coming AGAIN. Doctor's appointments, my job and up coming trips have all been toyed with. Today the Manager informed me that they can not find the window at all. The installer claims he dropped it off at the warehouse and the warehouse claims it is not there. The installer, supposedly, is not returning calls to his manager. He never answered when I called; not today nor the previous days the job was supposed to be done. Now I have a family tripped planned next week. Who would have thought that a job ordered in January might be effected by a family excursion in May. I don't want the house sitters to be the one's working with this awful company. We ordered 11 windows in April 2018. Winchoice kept us updated as to the progress of manufacturing and were good about keeping in touch. Installation took place in late August 2018. When the installers showed up, they did not have all tools necessary to install the windows. Also, we asked for non ferrous nails and it screws as well as tape for the sills. They did not use any of what we asked for (and in the contract). Several weeks later, I realized that, if you tap on one window, it and the ones next to them would shake and vibrate. I'd never seen anything like this. I sent a video to the company and they sent someone out to look at our windows in late November. We found out we did not get the windows we contracted for. We were told we would get new windows and installation that we requested in the original contract and the man left. We haven't heard from them since. Today-December 14, 2018, we find a window leaking! I have since emailed a video and left a voicemail. I am extremely unhappy and may get an attorney involved as this is just unacceptable. Update: I thought I updated this before but can't find the update. The company finally did send out the correct windows and a really good installer. Though they missed sealing a couple windows on the outside, I was just happy to finally get the windows I originally paid for as the ones they first installed were not the ones I ordered. We had already got several estimates from other companies but for the same quality window the other estimates were much more expensive. I am not saying that they can do this for everyone but exactly 14 days later we had custom made windows installed in our home. Poor customer service. Would not recommend at all! Tried to pressure me into signing contract on spot, which I did not because I wanted to check the company out and verify their ratings. Decided to sign contract...they created the contract, they had me sign guaranteeing the price. Told me they would install within 3 weeks. I called 6 times to see when install date would be...kept getting run around of "I'll have some one call you back" 13 days after contract signed...they now say we can't do it and say "We need $2700 more to do the job. " 1)They set the price 2) They made me sign a binding contract 3) They required my bank info prior to job as security 4) 2 weeks later after repeated calls they cancel job. I wouldn't have gotten any information from them if I didn't call 6 times and call the guy who bid the job. Bad business ethics! A blessing in disguise. After signing a contract with Win Choice April 7, 2022 we received a call, two weeks later, from our outside sales rep Nick. He explained, the contract price of $15,000 was for the Elite series, dual pane and he had made a mistake telling us we could get triple pane. But that the price was still a good value and were we ok with moving forward. Obviously, our response was, no and told him of previous quotes that were below that amount for dual pane. Then we were asked to provide proof of the estimates and they would match it. Proof? Why would we keep those estimates once we were under contract with Win Choice? We told him that those estimates had been thrown away and the company needed to come up with an acceptable solution. Nick said he would speak with his inside sales rep Ryan and get back with us. Once several days passed with multiple text, as well as, phone calls and no results, we canceled. Thank goodness "no money down" was part of their financing special! It took me another week of escalating calls to upper management to get a written confirmation of cancellation. Signed contract Nov 2020; my custom sunroom windows were promised a 6-week installation; they were installed June 2021. WinChoice boasts about manufacturing their own windows. We agreed to install my custom windows with upgraded premium screens that I purchased and provided, to be installed during manufacturing. The screens I purchased and provided were not installed during production. I immediately informed them during installation. They agreed to correct the error prior to collecting my payment in full. I didn't receive a follow up call as promised. Therefore, I called them to follow up 3 different dates & times, spoke with 3 different people (Kegan; Casey; & MarcAnthony) who PROMISED the matter would be resolved, including my additional concern of 3 windows not properly opening & closing. 30 days have passed and I have yet to receive a returned call as PROMISED. WinChoice took my money and left me hanging without my premium screens and 4 of 9 windows not properly functioning. I guess their good customer service and my lifetime warranty expired the day after installation and payment collection. I have several more windows in the main part of my house that I will be replacing soon. Guess who will not be installing those windows. Did I mentioned I like the quality of my WinChoice windows and referred 12 people to them. To bad, WinChoice won't get my repeat business nor any more referrals. read more

BUYER BEWARE. I met with four different window companies. WinChoice was the second cheapest. I felt from the presentation the quality was better then the cheapest. So, I signed a contract with them November 27, 2018 for 12 new windows (2 sizes). So let me fill you in the craziness I've dealt with with Winchoice. January 21st was install day....the team of 4 shows up to install my windows (2 come inside to start prepping the inside and 2 begin removing screens and prepping the outside). About 30 minutes later is determined that EVERY ONE OF THE WINDOWS WILL NOT FIT. So they pack up, put screens back on (minus one it broke apart), re-measured (including taking pictures of the measuring tape for EACH measurement) and off they went. I was upset, so they sent me check for $100 for the inconvenience. Fast forward to March 13th (the new install day). A one man crew shows up to install my windows. As he is prepping, he discovers that one is mis-measured AGAIN! He installs 11 of the 12 windows (a two day process). I was quite ticked at this point. I'd missed 3 days of work and still had a window not installed. I spoke to CS rep, who told me that if the last window was not installed by the date of my first payment they would make my first payment. My first payment was due May 6th. Its currently July 17 and I still haven't received a payment. I contacted CS on May 6th and July 10th. Now let me back up a bit and explain that final install. They called me on a Tuesday and said we are available to install the final window Thursday. I assumed it was that Thursday and took a day off work ( I didn't pay attention to the date). About a half hour after the contractor was supposed to arrive I called CS to discover it was really the following Thursday. The CS rep was a little rude when she said I listened to the recording and it was clearly given a date....so no biggie I screwed that one up. A day or two before install of the final window, the contractor called and couldn't make it on Thursday and said he would be here on Saturday. My final window was installed on May 25 (a full six months after signing the contract). I love my windows now that they are installed. it was just a pain to get them installed. read more

I have been waiting for over a year to get a sliding glass door replaced. I have talked to multiple people and they always say I will call you back. What a joke, they never call me back. First they send someone out to replace the glass, not the door, then they come back with the wrong door, then they say we have your door and made an appointment. The day of the appointment they call and say sorry we can't make it... Several weeks later I get a call and they have my door but the installers van is too small. They will need to ship the door and then have the installer come by. Still waiting weeks go by again and I call 1-2 times a week, and surprise the install manager is either not there, on the phone, or whatever. She never calls me back!!! Asked to talk to the owner and they are never in the office so forget that. I am at the point of calling a lawyer and suing for breach of contract. I just want my door!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Had to give 1 star but didn't want to even give that much. They are also very rude on the phone because I am so upset and I guess I do not have that right. What a sorry company. read more

They have a great sales pitch. We also felt they had very reasonable prices. We purchased our windows in early February 2021. Our contract stated the windows would be ready and installed in 6-8 weeks. 8 weeks came and wend. We had heard nothing from them. We began calling and no one could tell us why we had not been contacted. Everyone we talked to seemed to pass the issue onto someone else. They asked us to choose a week that would be good for us for installation. That week came and went without a word. Very unprofessional! We are now about 18 weeks out from time of purchase. Yes a delivery date. 1 man plus his wife, 3 kids, 1 very large dog, and a cat show up to install the windows. It is a disaster from the very beginning. The salesman measured wrong and they say new windows need to be remeasured and ordered. We are like NO. We want out. After discussions with the company and the installation part of the company, they assure us they can make these windows work. Big mistake! It took 4 days to put in 6 windows the whole while this family making themselves at home. Coming in and out as they please, laying out in the yard, taking naps on the back deck, putting food in my refrigerator, cooking food in my microwave, and blowing up the bathroom. They showed up at 11:00 am and would work until 10 at night. No concern for the noise for the neighbors or my work schedule. We had holiday plans we had to cancel because this was on Memorial Day. 4 days of hell and not one window matches another. Nothing is finished out. The wood frame around the windows are all uneven and needs painting. We can't hang blinds because the window casings were built so unevenly, what fits at the top doesn't fit at the bottom. Winchoice has broken every promise they made. The timeline, quality, and the fact we should have had to do nothing when they were in. The anxiety has been unreal. We have been talking with the company about all of these things. They are sending an inspector out to make sure the windows are in correctly. They chose a day we can't be home so they won't see the inside. Really? Does that make any sense? Not to us... In the meantime they had no problem charging us the full price, even though we got stuck with crappy windows and service. read more

Absolutely hate my windows. They don't work. I can't close them myself. As you have to push the top window up and the bottom downwards at the same time. My kids can't close them. I can't close them. They are too big for existing houses and literally took my whole window seal leaving me no room on them. The Windows frame is so large my nice size windows are now mostly a big white frame instead of glass that you can see out of. Hate them. Wish they'd take them and let me find new windows. The cosmetic parts the company is trying to fix. Like the outside you could see barewood around the windows. So they are trimming them, they original ppl caulked it so horrible so they redid that. I'm really not sure if they deserve one star after the job they did. They came out and did three measurements of the windows and they still got the wrong size. They still install them but there's a two-by-four showing in side the house so you have to make sure the blinds are closed at all times if not you can see the wood. BUYER BEWARE!!! We met with WinChoice out of Hot Springs Arkansas and signed a contracts with them Dec. 30th, 2019 to install windows on two homes 407 S. Drew and 409 S. Drew. The following day our realtor called stating she had a signed offer for the purchase of 409 S. Drew in as is condition. We decided to not purchase windows and immediately sent in cancellation notices for both homes. We received a high pressure sales call to install windows in smaller home 407 S. Drew at a lower price. We received loan papers with wrong address 409 S. Drew refused to sign sent documents back. We called WinChoice verified correct address, received email that day loan company had contacted WinChoice verified we had called & they verified address 407 S. Drew. WinChoice installed windows when no one was available to look at work upon our return found windows were installed at wrong address. My windows were installed on August 5th, and I'm very upset and disappointed in them. My house is a brand new built in 2019, so there's no reason for me to get new windows but for nose reduction. I have nosey neighbors, and I has hoping new windows would help. I told the sale's rap (tylor) that, that's my main concern and nose reduction is what I'm looking for in a window. He guaranteed me nose reduction. He even stated, "I have sold these windows to people who live near the airport and it works". So trusting in him, I got the elite triple pane foam filled, and guess what! It didn't work! There was no different in nose reduction, not even by a little. I didnt expect to have full nose reduction but I was expecting some, maybe even a little. But nothing!! I called telling them my disappointment, took them about 2 weeks to decide to only give me $250 off my windows!!!. I paid 3k for 3 windows I did not need. I didnt need the windows to save energy or to protect me from the sun's UV. My old windows did that job. I needed nose reduction and the one I got was a failure!!! read more

One of the many windows installed in 2014 is leaking again and causing damage to my home and furniture. The company will not honor the warranty. In 2014 I had approximately 18 windows and a double door installed in my home by this company known then as The Window Source. The entire package carried a lifetime warranty. Approximately a year after installation we noticed in one of the rooms we rarely use that one of the windows had been leaking due to insufficient sealant and installation and caused the surrounding wall to buckle, the window sill to rotten, the wood and insulation to mold and mildew and the integrity of the floor to become compromised. We got in contact with The Window Source and after some doing and investigating and taking bids the company had some contractors do the necessary repairs or so we thought. Now here we are several years later and the EXACT same window in the EXACT same room is giving us issues Again. So , it appears what the contractors gave us was a temporary fix. This has been going on at least three months now and when I noticed it I immediately contacted The Window Source now known as WinChoice USA to advise them of this issue. The company eventually sent someone out who took my water hose and spray it at my window and then told me, I don't think there is anything wrong with the window because it is not leaking, It might be coming from the installation of the solar panels you have up on the roof. I told that gentleman, I don't think so. Those panels were not even up there when the leak happened the first time and this is the exact same window, the exact same room and the exact same type of damage. He said well I don't think it has anything to do with us and I see a couple of rusty nails up there underneath the overhang and they may have damaged something when they put those panels up there. You may want to have them check it. I said that is a crock of shit. One thing I know for certain is they had to have a roof audit to verify the integrity of my roof before they could install the panels on the roof, they had to have a permit from the city before they could install the panels AND after they were done with the installation it had to be inspected in order for it to pass and me to get a green tag. I contacted WinChoice again about the damage and told them I wanted someone else out here to look at the damage and to also let them know that the water did not come pouring in from the water hose the day the gentleman was here but the next day there was moisture in the window sill. They scheduled the next person on the 4th of July to come out. I also just to do my due diligence contacted Solar City my Solar Panel company and advised them of what the guy from WinChoice had said and the damage and condition of my house and they scheduled a CREW to be here July 5th. The guy came out from WinChoice 7/4 said he could not really tell he did go in the attic, said he did not smell any mold or mildew up there nothing was wet up there, he looked at the damage of and around the window and stated he wanted to help but he had to wait to get the go ahead from the office. The next day there was an 8 man crew from Solar City came out, they walked my entire roof, they walked my entire attic, they came on the inside and checked the around the window, the wall, the floor, my curtain, the back of my couch, my ceiling every place there was damage, They took pictures and I took pictures of them being here. They said Mrs Boyd we can assure you this damage ABSOLUTELY has nothing to do with us. All the insulation you had blown in the attic last winter is still nice and tall, there is no smell of mold or mildew up there, there is no water stains on your ceiling from leaks(which I already knew). They said and would you do something for us and tell whomever your window company is that tried to blame this on us, let them know that we do not nor have we ever used nails to install our panels or any of our equipment. They came out right away to satisfy the customer and to ensure good customer service. WinChoice still has not made repairs. Do Not use this company, unless you want damage to your home that they will try to avoid repairing. read more

Do not do business with these people. I had 16 windows replaced, paid $13000. and they are a pain to deal with after install. My windows are supposed to be high impact rated because I live on the gulf coast. For no apparent reason one window now has a crack from top to bottom. I contacted them because windows have a lifetime warranty. "Trista" in customer service told me window would be replaced and she would call weekly with progress report. She did not call until I called her. She has lied to me and is very defensive. I have asked several times to speak to a manager but still have not been contacted. Finally, I received a call that window would be replaced 4/8/19 between 10a-noon. No one showed up or even called. I wasted the whole day waiting. I called and they said someone would call to set up another delivery day but have heard nothing. Do yourself a favor and do not get involved with this company! Like many, I would give zero stars if I could. We signed a contract wirh win choice USA and had an appt scheduled for installation. They arrived and began removing windows...only to realize they were the wrong size. Win choice usa then tried to offer to 'make the windows fit' by using a piece of wood to fill the gap. Our installer recommended that we not do this as the windows would leak within 5 years and warranty would not cover this particular problem. The installer called back to the company and chewed them out for wasting everyone's time. Installers replaced our old windows and let us know the company would have to remake them. I never received a call from the company and only received updates from the company thru the installer. I actually had to call them (very hard to reach anyone). We were told we would be placed at the head of the line for remaking the windows and that they'd be back within 2 weeks to install. Three weeks later we called back to check because I did not trust them. At that time, we learned the windows hadn't even begun production. We told them we wanted to renogiate price after all of the inconvenience. They agreed to have a sales rep call back...and we haven't heard a word. If I could rate this zero stars, I absolutely would. Winchoice USA called us asking if we would sit and listen to a sales call in exchange for a $100 gift card. We have over 30 windows that need replaced, so they could have really made a pretty penny off of us. We scheduled an appointment for last Monday. Monday comes around and 30 minutes after our scheduled appointment, no one showed. I called the company and they had no idea why we weren't showing in the system. I spoke with the manager and he absolutely assured me this would NOT happen again, should we decide to reschedule. We decided to give it one more shot. The new appointment was made for tonight, exactly one week later. Once again, our appointment time came and passed, so I placed another phone call. I was informed I still wasn't in the system and they would need to speak with a manager. I asked to speak to the manager myself. She couldn't figure out why we weren't showing in the system, even though they were the ones calling us! She checked the call logs and called me back, saying our appointment was supposed to be cancelled. She has no idea why but said she would remove our number from their system so no one else attempts to make an appointment with us. She stated she would talk with the person who scheduled with us and tell them they need to notify the consumers whom they're cancelling with...How this isn't common sense, I am not sure. Still, no reason given to me for why we were left with rearranged schedules, for no reason-AGAIN. I asked if we would still receive the gift card since it wasn't our fault the employees continued to flake on us. It is the least they could have done for the inconvenience bestowed on us. The manager said since we didn't watch some video presentation, that it would be against policy to give us the gift card. So apparently no call no shows are acceptable and within policy, but giving a gift card without watching the video is the big no-no. I will absolutely NEVER refer anyone to them! This kind of business practice is completely unacceptable and quite frankly, they should be embarrassed. We will be taking our business somewhere more reputable and who cares about their consumers as well as their business reputation. I suggest others don't waste their time and do the same. read more
