Used precision door company 5 years ago for spring replacement on door. Should have lasted 10 years. Charged me around $800. Spring recently broke. Garage door doctor came the next day. I had a chain break on my garage door, and Fowler Overhead Doors was at my house the same day! He gave me a couple of repair options, and I went with a new Chamberlain motor unit. He replaced the chain with a new belt, replaced the original steel rollers with nylon rollers, and the noise difference is amazing!
