His crew worked from early morning to dawn for two days in a row to tear off the old shingles and put on new ones on a complicated roof system. After the roof was installed, he had his gutter crew put in new gutters with gutter screens. This crew also took two days to make sure the tear-down and installation were done correctly. Mauricio was quick to respond to questions that we had concerning our new roof and gutters and we are very happy with his work. He broke free from a job he was on and came and cleaned and tarped my roof. I had rain that night, so I was already feeling better about him. After evaluating the damage and having my insurance approve the repairs his crew came, and in just over two hours they had the old roof torn off. Replaced the damaged decking and rafters and were on the way with the new GAF shingles, done before the day was over. Quality work from Quality people and a Great Experience Overall…read moreIt is truly my pleasure to share with everyone the positive experience that I had working with Epperson Electric. This is a family business and I feel honored to have at minimum meet Brian and his wife plus a few of their children but they have such a great story that you can get an idea of on their website and I hope others get to meet them as well. So for my project, the positive experience started from my first interaction with Epperson Electric when I went on Yelp (I also checked out their website) and asked for a quote, the response was very quick and we meet Brian, the owner, within a couple days where he walked me through the estimation, how the project would unfold and asked what I wanted plus gave me options to several things, it was very interactive experience. The estimate was very reasonable for the size of the project and I could tell that this was not "just another project" to Brian, but that he is passionate about quality of his work and this is very aligned to my own ideas and expectations. The work that Brian did was exceptional, because he didn't just wire my shop and dig a trench and lay the pipe for the hookup to the transformer, but he paid attention to the little details that you only really notice if quality of work is important to you like, straight wire runs even when no one else will see them, all the new boxes were perfectly level, the existing light fixtures being reworked and the wires were nicely zip tied and look clean, the 240' trench was perfect even though our water company's spray marks for their lines were 9' off where they marked and caused issues but everything went as planned with high quality craftmanship. I don't know if I have effectively communicated in words to everyone just how impressed I am with Epperson Electric, Brian, and his quality of work and knowledge but I will say that I will never use anyone else for any of my electrical projects in the future.
