I am recently widowed, therefore very wary of being taken advantage of as can often happen to someone in my position. In my search for a contractor, Rash Home Improvement was recommended to me. I called them to set up an appointment to get an estimate, and the response was almost immediate. Tim Rash met me at my home, discussed with me what I wanted done, advised me on the best course of action and materials to use, but also listened to what I wanted. Tim & Jeremy Rash and their crew are fast, efficient, and thorough. Their work is excellent! They are all very professional, very polite, friendly, and respectful, but most of all honest and trustworthy. There were some hiccups in getting materials in (not their fault at all) but Tim kept in constant communication with me giving me updates. When they said they would be there, they were there. I was given updates on their progress and projected completion dates, and those deadlines were met every time. They went above and beyond what I would have ever expected. They finished their work on my home yesterday, and it looks amazing!! I will, without hesitation, call Rash Home Improvement anytime in the future I need anything done to my home.

And was told it would be about 4 weeks for them to be installed! Surprisingly they were here on 5/1/25. The guys were very nice, hard workers and very accommodating, friendly and courteous, They even worked in the rain, in order to get them in ASAP! . The house looks sooo much better! Also, they hauled away all the broken and non usable materials from the demoed ones! Great job! You guys! Wish I could remember your names! The only problem I have is with the payment company they have chosen! If not for this, I would give a 5

This is INCHES of mud and leaves on my back porch and in and on my A/C unit. Forget that I'm a customer, who does this? What kind of hate do you have to have in your heart to leave something like this? Not trying to over blow this, it took me less than a minute to rake this into the grass, my A/C is working fine but this is a life changing event, questioning the faith of man. I hope this can be a learning experience for the company and "heads up" for whomever reads this. I'm not a big review guy, but if you go to google you can see the pics of this malice.
