This business, Economovers, was contracted by me to haul freight from Texarkana, Texas to Carrollton Texas on 7/21/2012. Economovers was paid in full ($775.00) on 7/09/2012 by check which has cleared my bank. Needless to say, the freight was not moved on the scheduled date. I have since hired another company to carry out the job. Trying to contact Mr Dan Coleman, the company representative that signed the receipt showing the amount was paid in full, is impossible - he will not answer his phones, will not return messages left on his phones and when one is lucky enough to get him on the phone, he makes a promise to make good the money owed to me. This has not happened (7/31/2012). He is still owing me my money which I believe he obtained under false pretences, and looks like I am going to have to employ the services of the District Attorneys Office and my attorney. I have contacted the Better Business Bureau. I don't believe that any company that advertises in the Yellow Pages should carry out fraudelant practices by taking money from an individual and not doing the job. read more
