Arrived 15 minutes before my schedule appointment, waited for over 45 minutes and my truck was still not taken back to have the work started so I got my keys and left. I was told it could be 30 minutes to an hour still of a wait. I made an appointment first thing in the morning so I would not have to wait two hours to have an alignment done. Customer service is horrible.
