zero star actually…read more If you're looking for a locksmith that is more concerned about his Profits than he is about getting you the hardware that you requested, You Found Your Spot. Here's how my experiences have gone. One day went in to order specialty bolts for a device. When they came in, I instantly knew they were wrong. Didn't matter, I was refused a refund. It was $25 so I just kept moving on, and ordered the right bolts myself through Texarkana Nut & Bolt (talk with Mike) and also Grainger. Next go around after some time, I paid him to package together 2 exterior door exit devices and trim kits to match the existing other door packages. Well, we go to install said exit packages and the trim kits do not match up with the exit devices he packaged up. Call him up about it, but Oh he doesn't care about what we requested or the look. He stated he could modify it together and make it work in about 2 hours if I pay him to. Told him that is not how we do things with security devices and that he needed to order the correct trim kit in. He tried to order a different trim kit and called me to approve it first. And of course, it was wrong again. Then was told I would have to eat the cost of the wrong trim kits ($700) and tax, because he couldn't resell them because they don't go to anything he uses. OF COURSE, point proven. Took me all of 40 minutes with real professionals to order the correct corresponding trim kits sadly. Topping on the cake: when I sent my secretary to collect incorrect hardware package from his store that he refused to refund, he wanted to tell her that she/we were just frustrated and that he could piece it together for a fee and she didn't need to have an attitude. Yeah, real smooth move there Kyle. You messed up there again. Don't waste your money here. Unprofessional, does not stand behind his word, or ordering.
