After she done the paperwork for the new phone, she said the pad was going to be $80 per month because I have a 55 and over plan. she was not able to give me the pad for $10. I wanted a home Internet tower for my mother's house. But they didn't have Internet tower in my mother's area. The woman told me to take the tower to my house, active, than take the tower to my mother's house. I told her that's fraud. She said that they do that all the time. I just need my old phone return.
