Go to other Verizon., make sure it's a corp store. the person that help me was a scammer. I asked if the store was a corp store. She just laughed. I was told that I only had to pay $5.00 and some change more per month. I asked about the upgrade charge on the phone. She said it was included. I received my bill, I was charged. She also told me that all my information transfer to my new phone. My calendar information did not transfer which was very important. Was lost. She didn't say anything about trading my old phone, but I had important information on my phone. I asked her about my old phone, she said it was a trade in, I told her no, she didn't Mention anything about trading my phone. She refused to give me my phone back. The new phone did not require a trade in. She offer a pad for $10 per month also. After she done the paperwork for the new phone, she said the pad was going to be $80 per month because I have a 55 and over plan. she was not able to give me the pad for $10. I wanted a home Internet tower for my mother's house. But they didn't have Internet tower in my mother's area. The woman told me to take the tower to my house, active, than take the tower to my mother's house. I told her that's fraud. She said that they do that all the time. I just need my old phone return. Today we received the best customer service from G. Walls and walked out with brand new iphones. Being a former AT&T customer, we were pleasantly surprised, and thrilled to make the switch to verizon. During the switch, Walls was honest, relatable, and helped us find the best deal possible. Walls helped met and exceeded our expectations when starting our switch and upgrades into new phones. He also helped us move all our data (all 30,000 pictures) with patience and willingness during an expected 2 hour wait. I was told that if I added a line I was eligible for $1,000 off a new phone, so I accepted the offer and Was told the discount would apply 2-3 months after purchase. It's been 9 months and I have tried to contact them about the issue multiple times but I keep getting "disconnected" or they see the discount and it's $20 of every month but for a 2 year contract that's only $480 off in total so I honestly believe I was scammed. read more

They sales team was friendly helpful and courteous. Even though some parts of the contract wasn't 100% understood, they still worked with my son and I by helping us get new service. We have had horrible service with another carrier that failed to advise us on receiving connection while living in a rural area and roped us into a three year over priced plan. But Verizon helped us and now we have decent connection to cell coverage. I'm hoping it will stay this way and bills bill be affordable. read more
