The lady that runs the place is so incredibly rude. If there was another UPS store anywhere near I would go. The rest of the team are very friendly, but she just looks at you like you're an idiot when you ask a question never smiles seems put out that you're there. I've had consistently bad experiences at this location. The staff are rude, unprofessional, and unwilling to help. When I asked them to enter the correct weight on a shipping label, they argued and claimed it wasn't necessary -- which is simply not true. Customers should be aware: shipping companies charge based on both actual and dimensional weight. If your package is even slightly over the stated size or weight, you can be hit with extra charges -- and worse, your shipment may not be properly insured. If something happens during transit, you're out of luck. It's unacceptable for a shipping store to refuse to enter accurate information on a label. UPS already has a reputation for overcharging, and this location makes it even worse. We need a new UPS Store & more than one because this one is unethical & unprofessional. If I could give zero stars I would. Avoid this store if you can -- Longview deserves better. read more

The folks are always so friendly, helpful and patient. I probably come at their busiest time of year (I am going to try to go during a slower time!) and they are still smiling even if they have long lines and fielding multiple questions. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because it seems they can work a little more on communication and training among their staff. I went in for spiral binding one book last year, and it took 3 people, including the manager, to do the job. At that time, I waited about an hour while they did it, I had no idea it would take that long and they didn't tell me, otherwise I would have come back later. It was so inexpensive and they were so personable that I came back again this year, prepared to just drop it off. This time, my simple spiral binding request had to pass through 4 different employees, including the manager (who seemed quite overwhelmed! I felt bad for him!) before it could be completed. Two of the employees were the same that I dealt with last year. So it just seems like taking a little time out for training could help their overall efficiency. This is nothing against their store or people, but may be helpful to know. I wish someone in town would offer more variety of spiral binding services. I plan to just get my own machine and do them at home from now on because I need a hard cover and they aren't able to punch through that. Maybe I'm the only voice asking for that but there's my 2 cents on why I won't be using their spiral binding services anymore unless it's something simple. I would still come back to try their other services if needed. read more

Jay and Dakota are the BEST! They are courteous, very helpful and are great at remembering your name (when you are a repeat customer). I do a lot of shipping for work and they are so helpful! I use their mailbox service as well, so when traveling my packages and mail are secure! Don't waste your time going anywhere else, this UPS store is great! read more

Excellent! Run like a well oiled machine. I've been there SEVERAL times and no matter how long the line is, your back out the door quickly. I had several shipments all in one box, the lady quickly recognized which goes where and put them in individual boxes. Always friendly. Always organized. I highly recommend this store. read more

The service here is great! I had two different guys help me on two different occasions. On both occasions I was shipping something quite heavy. The first time I was carrying the item in the store and the guy behind the desk said "Just set the box down right where you are. I will take care of it." He printed the Amazon return label and put it on the box and handed me my receipt and I was good to go. The second time, I came in on crutches and asked the guy behind the desk if he could help me bring in the heavy box from my car. He agreed without hesitation and came out and got the box. I noticed that some of the tape I had used to secure the lid and come off when it was loaded in the car and he immediately said not to worry he would slap some more tape on it. He then said you wait in your car, I will print out your shipping receipt and bring it to you. When I mentioned this to my wife when I got home she said, "Of course, I always get great service there also!" read more

This store is a disaster !!!! They have no customer service values !!!! The store manager seems nice and helpful but he ain't !!!!! I'm so disappointed in them ... I had a TV shipped from their store to Long Beach Ca..... It broke ...well I thought the extra money I paid for insurance threw them could really help me out in buying a new TV ... Well no they refuse to give me my insurance money even tho I sent pictures and the manager himself agreed the TV was clearly broken ...it has been over 6 months and still no money or anything every time I call its the same old story ... I'm sorry there's nothing we can do in our end ???? Why do u offer your customers insurance coverage ?? I know why because they are crooks and keep the money for themselves. SHAME ON YOU !!!!!! I didn't even realize this location was open. It is so convenient and they even have handicapped parking, which they don't at their main location. The staff has been very helpful, not only helping me get a return authorization label from my phone, but also taping the box for me. read more
