I pre-paid for Christmas packages to be wrapped but they failed to make note of it. Paid again to get my packages. Had to go home, find the receipt, and bring it back to get a refund. Had I not kept the receipt, their ineptitude would have cost me double. Plus, the price for gift wrapping is now through the roof. OH! And there is a flat $2 fee to run a debit card. That's outrageous. The previous owners built relationships and treated people fairly. They had integrity and knew how to manage their business. If you want to deal with some rude, back talking, impertinent and disrespectful customer service agents, this is the place to go when the delivery driver is too lazy, or late, or whatever to actually make the delivery, and instead marks it as a delivered to appease Amazon, and returns to the station because they could not get their deliveries completed by the end of shift. Bonus points if you have to drive 50 miles to go and personally get your package in addition to dealing with the endless hassles caused by the ubiquitous, useless millennial O2 wasters.
