It was ready within 24 hours, while Hobby Lobby would've taken 2 weeks minimum. Extremely happy with the service and the frame looks beautiful, would definitely recommend! (Note that if you've never bought a large frame before, they are expensive; do not expect a custom frame to be cheap, but after driving all around town and looking online, I guarantee this is the best price you will find)

I received quotes from folks with different ideas ranging from around $5k for replacement to over $35k to excavate under the house and replace the old one. Richard was on the lower end of that range and I could tell he'd been in business for a long time and knew what he was talking about, so that's who I went with. I couldn't be happier given the circumstances. They rigged it up where it would work the next day until they could complete the project. They did a fantastic job. From the trenching to the plumbing and even the landscaping afterwards turned out better than I expected. These are good folks doing good work at a fair price. That's who I'll be calling from now on and I definitely recommend them.

Pack N Mail handles all of our business and personal needs well. No matter what the need, the staff is always very friendly and knowledgeable. As an added bonus, if you go in there a few times, they will most likely know you by name and remember what you need if it's typically the same type of service. I highly recommend Pack N Mail for any of your packing/shipping needs! You won't be disappointed. Also, to anyone talking negatively about the staff, they are wonderful and could have been having an off day, or had a new employee starting. Have some grace. Everything is expensive right now. Their prices are accurate. The packages are put into boxes right at the counter now where they are seen when several tickets are needed for different packages. I went to Pack N Mail, because my bestie, who is far more bourgeois than me, was having her baby shower. Since I am not adept at wrapping gifts, I was hoping they could help me present an elegant wrapping for her special day. Boy did they deliver. Not only did they make an absolutely gorgeously wrapped gift, but they did so at an extremely affordable price, while short staffed, with only 2 hours before they closed. They even allowed me to go run other errands while they worked and simply texted me when it was ready. I am very impressed and will be returning any time I need mailing, wrapping, or key making services. :) They also have some adorable little cookies at the front that look cute and delicious if that interests you. read more

Y'all! This business and James is the BEST! I stayed at a hotel nearby and completely drove back to Arkansas forgetting about $800 worth of business suits and a very expensive garment bag in the hotel closet. He went out of his way to go to the hotel, grab my left items, then proceed to send me pictures of what was there to make sure he had it all, boxed it up, and shipped it to me. It was remarkably less expensive than I imagined it would be to ship too! I'm beyond grateful that he went out of his way to take care of a needy and worried customer.
