When…read moreI had an internet failure last month I contacted Love IT, and was told they don't dealt with Starlink installations any more but would follow up since I was a previous client. The first sign of trouble was in getting anyone in the office to return my calls. I should have looked elsewhere right then. The technician who they sent was unfamiliar with much of the equipment, and had major problems running the new cable through the wall and attic, and then set the Starlink dish face down on my metal roof, scratching the paint (he told me to tell Starlink the damage was due to a tree falling on it.) He tore the plug off one end of the cable and spliced it back together. So no internet connection. (Starlink is sending me a new cable after I sent pictures.) Joseph contacted me and said he'd send someone else out the next day, but no one called or came by. Three attempts to contact them through the office or directly by calling/texting Joseph went unanswered. This is some of the most unprofessional behavior I've ever encountered. Which is a shame, because the first time I used them they were stellar.

Then another guy came out about a week later and fixed that. Then told me the amount of equipment we discussed at the beginning was over $500 and I told him I was not told that. That was finally fixed. I should have taken these encounters as a sign from God not to continue and cancel then. I've had a problem with my equipment for a few weeks now and it has been an absolute struggle to try to get someone out to fix it. I've spoken to two reps over the phone and both said "yeah, we can get them out soon and these are the dates and I'll set that right up"....yada-yada. Well, just chatted with an agent to see when a technician will come out this week, as discussed with the second representative yesterday. And this happened (see pictures). I really thought the representative I spoke to yesterday really wanted to help us. I just don't understand why things are this way. I don't get it. Do they truly not care at all about the customer? I would have canceled my services yesterday, but the contract you signed is for over $2000 and you are locked into that until it is all paid off. Buyer beware. I regret signing up with company. The customer service is very Dr Jekyl-Mr Hyde. If you're looking for a great alarm company, go with Front Point. I never realized how good I had it then. I'll be back Front Point, just might take me awhile to pay off the contract debt.

The cpu was installed the cooler was not I was charged $350 for them to install half the parts I gave them. shoot the parts even came in the same box! very unsatisfied. never even told me the new cooler wasn't installed just handed me the box back and let me drive back home to open it up and realize the new cooler for the new cpu i just bought wasn't installed. you literally took the cooler off installed a new cpu and installed the old cooler on top the new cpu. pretty sure the sell it as a box set for a reason.
