This has been one of the most frustrating and unprofessional experiences I have ever had with a business. I hired this dumpster company, PAID FOR THEIR SERVICES IN FULL, and during the process, they damaged my mother's mailbox. The company acknowledged the damage and AGREED to pay for the repairs. After they failed to follow through, I contacted them again and was assured that payment would be made before September. HERE WE ARE AT THE END OF OCTOBER, AND MY MOTHER'S MAILBOX IS STILL DAMAGED AND NOT ONE DIME HAS BEEN PAID! I've made numerous attempts to contact this company through emails, phone calls, and text messages. At this point, they have completely stopped responding. What makes this situation even more disappointing is that I ACTUALLY NEED ANOTHER DUMPSTER! I called them again TODAY because I have another project that requires dumpster services. I was even willing to give them an opportunity to make things right, possibly work out an arrangement for another dumpster rental, and continue doing business with them. But clearly, taking accountability and maintaining customer relationships are not priorities for this company.
