Why would anyone take crystals from a chandelier? One of them was discounted and NOW we know why. Keith is condescending and rude. We spent over 10k to be treated this way. We paid upfront in full and three of the chandeliers were thrown in a box with zero protection. Trust me I'm doing you a favor. There are so many other respectful place to go for fixtures. After a refrigerator leak caused water damage to our engineered hardwood floor, I called three…read moredifferent flooring companies for an estimate on either a repair or replacement. Due to the age of the floor, and the unavailability of the existing floor product, we had to do a complete replacement. My wife and I were most impressed with Michael Yanez, owner of Best Budget Flooring and Remodeling, so we chose his company for our wood floor replacement. We couldn't be more impressed with the entire process. Best Budget replaced our engineered hardwood with luxury vinyl flooring. It only took Michael's flooring and painting teams three days to complete the project. The floor is approximately 1000 square feet. They moved all of our furniture, hung plastic to prevent dust from invading the rest of our home, removed the quarter round, removed the old floor, sanded and prepped the foundation, installed the new floor, repaired the water damaged baseboards, installed new quarter round, painted all of the baseboards, cleaned up after themselves, and moved all furniture to exactly where we wanted it. We were blown away with how quickly the project was completed. My wife and I absolutely love our new floor. Michael and his team were knowledgeable, professional and very courteous. Michael visited our home several times throughout the three days to make sure everything was going well. I couldn't be more impressed, and we would absolutely use Best Budget Flooring again. We highly recommend this outstanding company.

At the same time, we needed two new sets of French doors and all new windows in our 50-year old house. After some quotes, we went with Bullard Siding Co., Inc.. We can't say enough good about Chris, Drew, Justin and Jason. Our finished product looks amazing. We are so well insulated. Rain and gargantuan earth worms will no longer to be able to get in under the cracks of the doors. The windows should save us $$$ on heating/cooling bills.
