To make a long story short, they damaged my iPad but roughly/incorrectly installing the new screen. I ended up taking the iPad to another store to store to have it repaired from iPhone ER's "repair." In the end, I'm out $140 to iPhone ER, which only paid for them to permanently damage my iPad. I spend another $54 to correct their incorrectly-installed screen. To make matters worse, when I called and asked for a partial refund, I was threatened by whoever answered the phone. They told me they were recording our conversation!
