    Their warranty is a complete joke. 2 yr old $275 Duracell Ultra Platinum battery with 4 yr warranty…read morewouldn't take a charge and its deemed void. What's the point of buying from you if you void the warranty. That was entire reason I bought from Batteries+. I explained to Garret(?) at the desk it would not start the vehicle after the freeze. It showing 7volts at the time. I removed it and put on a AGM charger. It would charge to 13.1V but not hold, instantly starting to fall back down. I brought it in a few months later, they told me they would attempt to bring it up to charge by reconditing it, and would receive a call in 48hrs. Four days laters, I go in because no call, and was then told it void because reconditing failed. Wouldn't that be about the time replacing the battery under warranty take effect...nope not at Batteries+.

    So I go into Batteries Plus for a couple of watch batteries. A gentleman asked if I needed help and…read moreI said I need two different watch batteries and I gave him the numbers I had written down on a piece of paper. He checked and said they had the one battery but it wasn't for sale to customers and they could install it in the watch if I bought I bought it and they installed it but would not just sell me the battery. I gave him the other number and he said the same thing. I asked if I bought the batteries then they would install them for free? He said no there is a $23.95 charge to install the battery in the watches. Each watch! Now not long ago I bought a new battery for my pickup and they only charged me $20.00 to swap out the battery. At the interstate battery store. Now I can go to Amazon and buy a 10 pack of batteries for less that $7.00. If you have ever installed a watch battery then you know that it only takes less than 5 minutes tops! For them to want $23.95 was just plain crazy! So as a result Batteries Plus lost a customer. That is why these stores go out of business. When you try to RIP people off then they move on! Hope you are happy Batteries Plus!

    I have never left a bad review before, but I am leaving one now. I took my iPad in on Thursday…read moremorning to get the charging port replaced. They told me it would be a few days because they had to order the part. No problem. On Saturday, I receive a voice mail from them telling me that my iPad was ready. I went on Monday morning to pick it up, and they told me that they were just starting to work on it. I told them about the voice message, and they denied it even though it came from their phone number. So, I had driven 30 miles for nothing. They said it should be ready the next day (Tuesday) and they would call me. I didn't hear from them on Tuesday, so I called them on Wednesday. They said they were not quite finished and would call me that afternoon. On Thursday, I called and they said they were working on it and would be finished by 6 that evening. I told him that I was coming to Tyler on Friday morning so I would get it then. He said he would call when he was done. On Friday, I still hadn't heard from them, so I called them again. He said to give him an hour. I told him that I felt like I was getting the run around because for three days, they had told me it would be done. He said he would call me personally within the hour. I got a call a couple of hours later telling me it was ready for pickup. I drove to Tyler and they handed me my iPad. The glass was filthy and scratched. When I told him it was scratched, he snatched it out of my hand and squirted a cleaner on it. He handed it back to me. It was clean but was still scratched. I told him that it had deep scratches on the glass that were not there when I brought it in. He said that they didn't do it. I told him that the iPad had been in a case since I bought it and was in perfect condition when I brought it in. Nevertheless, I paid and told them I was not happy. I got my iPad and left. Before I could get in my car, he came running out to tell me that the case I had probably didn't protect the glass. I happened to have my case in my car. I showed him that it was a waterproof case and totally covered my iPad. He kind of looked shocked and said that the only thing they could do was put a tempered glass on it. I declined and left. In my opinion, they aren't trustworthy and are rude.
