Did a great job fixing the charging port on my old android. Replaced it in 30 minutes. Awesome job!

I have never left a bad review before, but I am leaving one now. I took my iPad in on Thursday morning to get the charging port replaced. They told me it would be a few days because they had to order the part. No problem. On Saturday, I receive a voice mail from them telling me that my iPad was ready. I went on Monday morning to pick it up, and they told me that they were just starting to work on it. I told them about the voice message, and they denied it even though it came from their phone number. So, I had driven 30 miles for nothing. They said it should be ready the next day (Tuesday) and they would call me. I didn't hear from them on Tuesday, so I called them on Wednesday. They said they were not quite finished and would call me that afternoon. On Thursday, I called and they said they were working on it and would be finished by 6 that evening. I told him that I was coming to Tyler on Friday morning so I would get it then. He said he would call when he was done. On Friday, I still hadn't heard from them, so I called them again. He said to give him an hour. I told him that I felt like I was getting the run around because for three days, they had told me it would be done. He said he would call me personally within the hour. I got a call a couple of hours later telling me it was ready for pickup. I drove to Tyler and they handed me my iPad. The glass was filthy and scratched. When I told him it was scratched, he snatched it out of my hand and squirted a cleaner on it. He handed it back to me. It was clean but was still scratched. I told him that it had deep scratches on the glass that were not there when I brought it in. He said that they didn't do it. I told him that the iPad had been in a case since I bought it and was in perfect condition when I brought it in. Nevertheless, I paid and told them I was not happy. I got my iPad and left. Before I could get in my car, he came running out to tell me that the case I had probably didn't protect the glass. I happened to have my case in my car. I showed him that it was a waterproof case and totally covered my iPad. He kind of looked shocked and said that the only thing they could do was put a tempered glass on it. I declined and left. Rave! This is a long review but it is worth the read. I went into the Smartphone ER (Broadway location) on September 9th to get my S22 Ultra's screen replaced. The repair was done within an hour. Long story short, shortly after I realized that there was an issue with my front facing camera. This issue didn't exist prior to me going into the repair shop, because I used the camera not even an hour before. I instantly was concerned, because I'm a content creator on multiple platforms and on multiple subjects. This is part of my income. In a few weeks (from that day) I was start a well waited for blog and highly requested videos/pictures on a trip overseas, so the cameras on my phone are extremely important. The cameras are the main reason that I even purchased the phone, because toting around heavy cameras equipped was getting tiring. Anywho. I take the phone back into the shop the next morning and let them know about the issue with the camera. The guy takes a look at it and thinks it's an easy repair and says maybe a piece of film was left on the inside. I go and wait an hour for the camera solution. Skipping ahead again, we find out that the camera has to be replaced. I am told a 5 day time frame for the order and repair. I wait the 5 days and didn't hear anything, so I called the shop. I was very concerned after I told that they could not find the part at any of their vendors, and then told that it may take 2 months to get the the part. Skipping ahead again, Sam (the owner) calls me and he is very aware of my concerns and tells me a few things that he has planned, but unfortunately I'm on a time limit. I asked if I find someone else to fix the camera, if he would take care of the invoice. Sam agreed. I called everywhere and even went to AT&T and called Samsung and was told by several people that the camera was not repairable and that I would need a new phone. This really bothered me. After talking to Sam about this he gathered his whole team to get a solution. Sam's tech and sales man told me that they would be able to repair it. I had my doubts, because Samsung makes the phone and said it was irreparable, but I could tell that these guys were pretty confident. As a team, they came up with a plan to get the part as fast as possible. Today is September 19th. I go into the shop and give my phone to Moody. I've already talked to Sam and his sales guy. The sales guy (I forgot his name but he is awesome), assures me that they will take their time and fix the issue. By the time that I dropped the phone and returned back home (no more than 30 minutes), my phone was fixed. I am beyond pleased with the services that Sam and his team provided for me, despite the whole accident. Things are prone to go wrong, but Sam and his team did everything to make things right and THAT IS WHAT MATTERS. They were just as concerned about my phone and situation as I was. Not only that, they fixed a phone that even the manufacturer deemed irreparable!!! Sam and his whole team recieves a 5 STAR review from me and my husband. They were professional, honorable, and beyond sincere. They assured me the whole time that my happiness as a customer was very important to them. What a place! My iPad 2 took a header onto the concrete on Wednesday evening. The upper corner of the case dented and the screen turned a really wonkey green...later the screen went out completely. I looked for a local repair and on Thursday morning was referred to iPhone ER by the Ur Way Computer guru, Mr. Bush, in Lindale. IPhone ER took my iPad and said the technician would check it out and should be able to repair it for $135.00 and it would be ready that day (Thursday), or Friday. I was okay with that, so gave them my contact information and left. (I figured the repair was cheaper than a new one). They called me later in the afternoon, sad it was fixed, and ready to be picked up...oh yeah, the bill was only twenty bucks plus tax. The digitizer was not broken and the drop was just enough to cause the main plug inside to come loose. He reconnected everything and put it back together, and it works great! In conclusion, they are professional, courteous and honest. I talked to the technician. He has an electronics degree, has a vast product knowledge, and uses only quality parts. read more

my screen was broken so I got my phone fixed there and a screen protector. It costed almost $200 (which I thought was overpriced but I just wanted the phone fixed). The week after my phone was experiencing more issues like turning off by itself and being like a ghost phone (leaves shadows of apps on screen). On my way out the door my phone fell out of my pocket and broke the inside of my phone. I couldn't unlock or anything and I know it was their cheap screens that caused it not the drop out of my pocket read more

I brought my phone in to have the rear camera lens cover repaired and when I got it back the rear camera had a couple of scratches around the edges and the front screen had 2 big scratches from one side to the other and several other little ones. When I asked them about it they denied scratching it and said there was no way they could have done it and then tried to sell me a screen protector. My phone was a month old and in perfect condition other than a crack in the rear camera. I do not recommend them and will not be using them again. read more

Terrible. Had my phone fixed less than 3 weeks ago and it fell out of my hand less than 4 inches from a countertop and cracked the entire screen worse than when I dropped it on the tile floor. Called to check on the "lifetime warranty" promised to me.. and was only offered $20 off. When my boyfriend asked if the products were OEM - the response was that they were OEM "quality" but not from Apple/iPhone which must be a lie... I've had this phone for 3 years and never had a crack. Less than 30 days after I've had this installed it's cracked twice. They offer you a discount when getting your phone fixed BEFORE you leave.. if you give a 5 star review... now I know why! They sure won't be getting it afterwards! read more

I took my iPhone for repair after dropping it and having the touch screen messed up as well as all the screen displays. They replaced it after having run diagnostics that showed that the phone itself was working properly. It was ready to be picked up in a little over an hour. The next week, my screen showed funny vertical lines again and I took it back to the store. They replaced my screen again at no cost. They upheld the warranty of good faith and my iPhone has been working fine since. Manager was friendly and courteous. Thanks!!!! read more

DO NOT TAKE YOUR PHONES HERE. I called this store to get a price on how much it would be to get my screen fixed and the owner told me 130$ for and iPhone 6. Brought the phone in and he tried to charge me 195$!!!! I left the store and ended up paying 160$ after getting the screen fixed I was told I had a 30 day warranty. My phone was on worse shape than it was when I first brought it in after I picked it up from the store. I then went in to tell him about my issues with the phone way before my 30 days was up and I have never been so disrespected in my entire life. He told me there was nothing he could do then proceeded to have the worst attitude towards me. We exchanged some not so kind words and went on our way. DON'T GO !! They replaced the battery in my iphone6 with a cheap one. It blew out (literally, pushed the screen up) 1 week later and fried the motherboard. Apple store in Denver explained the problem to me. I was out of town for extended trip and had to get a new phone. Went back to this place 6 weeks later to get refund for $54 battery (I should have been asking for partial replacement cost of phone). They refused b/c it had been more than 30 days. He pointed to the receipt where it said so. He went on to accuse me of getting it wet... it didn't. They not only use cheap parts but refused to take any responsibility for ruining my phone. This is by far the BEST phone replacement place I have ever been to. A couple months ago I got 2 screens replaced here and they did excellent work. Well a few days ago my phone got dented and the screen got a blemish, so Verizon wouldn't let me trade it in. After taking in my receipt and looking at the fact that it had only been about 28 days since I got the screen replaced the store I talked with them about my options and we found a solution to help that allowed me to get my screen fixed. I recommend this place 100% and will never get my phone fixed anywhere else. These gentleman are friendly, have great customer service, work at a great pace, and do flawless work. Not to mention their prices are the best I found in town. Thanks for the help with all my phones!
