I got a confirmation email stating it was all good. Then the next day I got an email stating my card was being charged $130 for service. First off, I don't pay my bill autopay. The charges my card without my consent and then I went in person to dispute this and the lazy worker said they can't do it in person. So I had to call. I couldn't understand the service rep and I demanded a manger or supervisor multiple times for the to just hang up on me. optimum hung up on me 4 times! I'm furious with this provider and still haven't received a refund. This is ridiculous and their management needs to wake up!

Tomorrow will make 5 appointments. Get this... a technician came today fixed my problem and I had steady internet for about 4 hours until it went back out again. Tomorrow is day three with no internet and after talking to them about credit/discount they told me to "check in with us later...." Are you insane ? I went three day without a service I pay for. I work full time I go to school full time and I need internet to do both! The only other provider I can find is AT&T and they want $15 more for less speed. But I might just have to bite the bullet.
