My husband and I were very pleased with both our salesperson and installers. They were able answer all of our questions. When I called the office, they were extremely patient and took the time to answer all of my questions. Our installer did not take long to complete the job but spent plenty of time making sure we got all of our questions answered. This tv stuff is new to me, so I had lots of questions. The 2 installers pulled out of my driveway, right when I went inside to catch a phone call; I really felt that was just so unprofessional. I called the local DIRECTV office Satellite Works who completed my service this weekend and everything is going well. I found my tech walking me through every part of the installation process in my home. So glad to know and forever grateful that hard working folks still exist. I give them a 5.

I got a confirmation email stating it was all good. Then the next day I got an email stating my card was being charged $130 for service. First off, I don't pay my bill autopay. The charges my card without my consent and then I went in person to dispute this and the lazy worker said they can't do it in person. So I had to call. I couldn't understand the service rep and I demanded a manger or supervisor multiple times for the to just hang up on me. optimum hung up on me 4 times! I'm furious with this provider and still haven't received a refund. This is ridiculous and their management needs to wake up!

Tomorrow will make 5 appointments. Get this... a technician came today fixed my problem and I had steady internet for about 4 hours until it went back out again. Tomorrow is day three with no internet and after talking to them about credit/discount they told me to "check in with us later...." Are you insane ? I went three day without a service I pay for. I work full time I go to school full time and I need internet to do both! The only other provider I can find is AT&T and they want $15 more for less speed. But I might just have to bite the bullet. If anyone has any suggestions for me please lmk I'm new to Haughton to Louisiana itself.
