My LG tv had a unique VESA pattern and was heavier on the bottom half. When I called to ask a question, Jerry answered immediately. He answered all my questions patiently and put my mount in the mail that afternoon. The mount (heavy) arrived with all screw and bolt sizes individually wrapped and easy to sort.
