Well before him for 30 Years the caulk Never cracked, only His did! Find Anyone else to do your resurfacing as he will admit he's more expensive that Anyone in town and work is Subpar at Best. Took him only 3 hours to fix a long crack (The Only thing he Did do right) and remove shower doors and do all the painting. Where others take about a Day. So Rushed work, pathetic customer service and communication skills. I have plenty of pictures to prove my Rushes work, even started coming off on the bottom. But 5 year warranty, Good luck getting him to fix what he messed up to begin with.... After forgetting his dust pan and hand broom and told me You can keep it, I KNEW I would Never see him again if I had a issue. And even text him he Missed spots when he repainted his half ass caulk fix with of Course Zero reply.. I give him Every opportunity to fix it Correctly, but he won't.. so I got a Complaint with the Better Business Bureau on him along with the Negative reviews

A nice lady answered the phone both times and took my information. Of course she always asks about insurance and my reply is yes but I'm not sure if the repairs will be covered due to the deductible. Both times she said she would have someone contact me. Well no one ever called. I just want to thank yall because I called Erie out and they did a complete inspection showing me pictures backing up their findings. I purchased a brand new fiberglass roof for 45k with a 30 year warranty. The house looks better than new and I'm saving big on my insurance and utilities and most importantly I never have to worry about calling you again. Don't quite understand your methodology about who you call back but it's obviously flawed.
