The previous occupant kept dogs and cats in the house and my nose and sinuses would let me know as soon as I walked in. I called around and got estimates. They took care of me quickly and went over everything making sure I understood what needed to be done. Both Ronnie and Renee will answer your questions about the work and explain how hvac works most efficiently. You can tell from talking to Renee she has hvac in her blood. Her family is the original Brooks hvac, she and Ronnie her husband took this segment when her Dad and Mom got out of the business. So if you want generations of experience, really good work and honest people come here. Brooks fireplace and hvac is now my go to for all my hvac needs.

I bought my AC and heating unit from this place. I was oversold and it was installed incorrectly…read more They had to come out about a dozen times to fix the mistake. Once after the inside unit caught fire. Over a year later it's been one problem after the next. I had to call another company and was told they've never seen such a botched job and they were floored. I called Brooks to complain and let them know of my disappointment and was told I have no common sense by the owner's wife. She got very ugly with me for the horrible job they did. I had a right to be upset, but they cared only about themselves rather than apologize for all the inconvenience and money and time I've spent trying to use a $7,000.00 unit that's been a nightmare. At first they are very nice, but if you call them out on the job they do, they are very mean people. They even called my husband and chewed him out after I left my rating of them on a different website. Once they never showed up for a scheduled appointment because he forgot. I would keep looking for someone else if I were you. This place never was able to fix their mistake and they are unprofessional.

The chair actually had adjustable perks the others at other locations didn't yet it beat others higher prices! I'd recommend Hesters and will return for future office furniture needs! The owner PJ came out to assist in the installation of my new unit and furnace. While he was there, he noticed the builders installed my ceiling vents backwards! It took a week to get an appointment in the first place. The kid he sent out charged me $80, then the owner sent an angry email about paying my taxes for me. He came out and assessed the appliance and charged me $75 and said he would do the work. After that he was unavailable, only answering his phone 25% percent of the time. He always had a different excuse: I'm swamped right now, I'm tied up right now, I'm on two other calls, I'm on vacation, the parts are on back order, etc. So it's now 8/7 and still nothing has been done. I don't think he even tried to order the parts. When asked about a back order date, he said he doesn't have time to sit on hold on the phone. When I asked him for the order number so I could call, he never gave them to me. If he didn't have time or the desire to do the work, he could have told me that up front and let me keep my $75 fee. Don't get tied up in his lies. Find another service company!
