Now I'm spending half my vacation doing their job. 8 hours late (unloading until 1 in the morning on Thursday), broken furniture, broke my porch, rolled boxes out of their truck, not much ended up in rooms they were clearly marked and even told where to put, furniture not put back together/on the wrong floor/ left outside b/c they needed to come back for that b/c it was large...even though they promised over & over they wouldn't be done until we were happy. I've been in my house less than a year and several of the hard wood shutters that were installed have started to crack. I made multiple calls to their store to get them looked at, and I couldn't even get a call back. I've had another company come out since, and they pointed out issues with the stain not being close to uniform. This may have just been a bad batch of shutters, or maybe the "quality" just isn't there. Either way, I am very unhappy with what I got, and even more displeased that I couldn't get a call back. And now, it's too late.
