Their online Canva app kept glitching causing me to lose hours of work so I used my personal Canva to design and went in to the store for printing. They printed while I waited and did a great job on our brochures and flyers. The only negative was the wait time in line for me and then, for those behind me, which was absolutely no fault of the crew working. They were all working diligently but seemed to be short handed for the demand. But then, everyone is short handed right now. Airline Drive Office Depot will be our new go to.

My wife sent me to have copies made and told me to make sure Johnathan was there and if he is not to hold off. I wounded why... Had an awesome experience; after waiting for copies to be made. I noticed how Johnathan was able to help several customers with limited delays. What we call under pressure, seems nothing to him as he helped several people quickly. multi- tasking is an understatement for him. So much respect for his professionalism. I now understand why it best to wait for jonathan as he took the time to assist everyone but also considerate of peoples wait time.

I told the clerk, being the only employee in the store, that I needed a micro USB to USB B cable (Raspberry Pi Zero W 2 to 3D Printer). I knew they probably didn't have one. So, I'd have to cobble something with other cables. I told him I could use a USB A female to female or a Micro USB to USB A female. He picked a cable out and said here's a micro USB to USB A female. Great! Purchased for $9 plus tax. Got home, it wouldn't work. I looked at the package and noticed it said micro USB On The Go. USB OTG does not support passthrough of data. He knew exactly what I was trying to do and still offered me this cable. So, I brought it back for a return and purchased the USB A female to female connector which worked perfectly for my application. Here's where the problem started. It is clearly marked on the receipt and signage in the store that all returns are subject to an 8% restocking fee. This would have been fine had I picked out the cable and it was wrong. But the clerk picked it out, not me. He should have refunded the entire amount, but he didn't. Furthermore, they have some type of antiquated system where he had to call the owner to approve the return. He even told the owner "the customer bought the wrong cable." Of course, he didn't admit any fault. On the way out I let him know that I didn't think what he did was right, but all he did was state the return policy on the wall. When I said "but you gave me the wrong cable..." he acted like that didn't matter. I told him I would write this review, so here it is. CPU Wholesale... DO BETTER and do the right thing next time. Very dissapointed.

I came back to the store and asked if they'd be willing to exchange it, and I ended up agreeing to take one of their display chairs off the floor. It was a bit more expensive than the original one I bought, so I offered to pay the $40 difference. Instead, the owner just asked me for $20 to pay his delivery guy for the extra trip. The new chair gets delivered, and it turns out to be dark brown (I had thought it was black in the dimmer light of the store). Even though I had verbally agreed to take that specific chair, they agreed to order me a brand new one in the color that I wanted. They didn't even charge delivery on the third chair, but I was so grateful I paid the guy anyway. I was probably one of their more difficult customers, but they still went way above and beyond what could reasonably be expected to take care of me. The owner and staff are great, and the product itself is very nice. I'll definitely go back if I need office furniture in the future, and would highly recommend Hester's to anyone!

The owner approached me right away and asked how he could help. I told him what we needed and he took me to the chair we bought! Great customer service knowing exactly what we needed after I listed a few style and size requirements. The chair actually had adjustable perks the others at other locations didn't yet it beat others higher prices! I'd recommend Hesters and will return for future office furniture needs!
