The end product was good, but I was not alerted that the printing was complete until after I went…read moreto the store and picked it up. I purchased the print of house plans online, paid at the time of order and was informed by the website the order would be complete by 7pm the following day. While ordering I checked the box to receive a text then the print was complete so that I could pick it up earlier as it was only 16 pages and may not take over 24 hours to complete. I hung around town and waited until 7pm when I decided to go into the store to inquire. The print was complete but I was not notified. I will use other options next time, this was not a $50 print job, I chose Office Depot for convenience and it backfired.

The customer before me was moving slow so I asked for a person (manager older gentleman) to do it and I will pay. After he tried to ignore me, he said that the lady will be done soon and kept working. I frequentED that location but the broken machines and lazy worker will cause me a little more gas and go to the Youree location. Please give more customer service training and fix your machines.
