Still talking loudly and agitated for what reason I don't know .... Welp, that's that and I left. Wow. The more I find out about this business the worse it gets…read more To return a mattress for a refund is 20% of the cost of the mattress. At the cost of mattresses these days that's hundreds of dollars. To exchange a mattress is still 10% so still hundreds of dollars. Plus an additional $100 to pick it up. Then the free pillow ($100) and mattress protector ($200) that came with the mattress weren't returnable so the cost of these "free" items was also deducted. This was not mentioned during the purchase of course. So I was looking at a loss of over $600 just to get the original mattress back to the store. I still would have to pay the difference for the new mattress. So just to exchange the mattress would have cost over $1000. Go to Bedroom Sleep Shop. Their returns and delivery (white glove) is free unless you live far away and they don't charge to haul off the old mattress. Mattress Firm charges $100 to haul the old mattress off. This place is a huge rip off. EDIT: In response to the Mattress Firm reply. You value my feedback? Is that supposed to be a joke? You didn't value it when you refused to post my honest review on your website did you? Why would I bother contacting you now? Everything I've said here is true. People need to stay far away from this business. Huge ripoff.

I thought I would need a metal frame, so I ordered it. Turns out, that the home had a frame that fit our mattress. After the delivery, I called to return the never opened bed frame. They don't do refunds, but out of the kindness of their hearts they offered a $50 (paid $100). Mario, who was my agent was as interested in customer service as the devil himself. Won't ever buy a thing from this outfit...EVER. In defense of all the above, this is the way the mattress retailers all work. Don't buy a thing from them that you may harbor the thought that if you aren't happy, they will take are of you.
