Always been a fan of this chain. Everytime I enter one, though the pop culture references may be updated and/or changed to a degree, I still feel like a teenager, maybe even younger than that, when I enter the confines of any Spencer's anywhere.
Oh sure, there's some legitimacy between the walls here.
Band merch.
Movie and television, now meme shout outs.
But lurking around the corner.
Any corner in any Spencer's.
Is a certain level of raunch.
Risqué.
Bawdiness
A What am I looking at? moment.
And once you've seen it, you know it's there. You can't unsee it and you know what to expect from then on.
But I'm here for the t-shirts.
Although they've always been on the pricey end.
More than Walmart but way, way less than actual on-site concert accessories.
Even now, in 2026, their t-shirts run about twenty-five dollars.
I was surprised by that.
And they still run clearances on t-shirts, 2 for $20.
I didn't see any I liked in my size, though.
Need a chain wallet? And who doesn't?
Pick one up here.
Shot glasses. Coffee mugs. Throws. Plushies. Hoodies. Posters, etc.
They still got all this.
They still have all the great Gen-X stuff because we never went anywhere, and a smidge of Gen-Z stuff sprinkled about: Sleep Token, Ice Nine Kills, Young Boy NBA and Terrifier among others.
I'm sure Backrooms and Obsession can't be far behind.
Cross generational items in effect.
But potty humor is timeless, apparently.
