So, by default, it gets 3 stars just for succeeding in being adequate.

I like to be efficient and let's be real the Internet speeds are not the fastest around here. So, to get into the app and get the last numbers takes as long as they need to work fulfilling another order. Corporate must improve upon keeping up with quantities and fulfillment. It's so much easier to manage customer expectations with a proper inventory count so orders don't get placed and there's not enough to fulfill orders. I had items canceled within larger orders and two single room plugins cancelled.
