I pulled $10 out of their atm and paid the $3 fee 2x that day and received dollar coins and quarters from the attendant before all this happened. This laundrymat does not put customer service first and $4 is worth more to them then loyal customers. I do not recommend.

After lots of research online and plenty of frustration with the big-box stores, I decided to call Mid-South in Shreveport to see if they could help. I spoke with Chris, who treated me with amazing respect and professionalism and took time to answer all my questions. I knew from that conversation that he could help my mom get her stove. So I sent her there. He did in fact help her, though she ended up keeping her existing stove for other reasons. But the experience was amazing. Even though it didn't result in a sale like we wanted, I had to hop online to leave this review so that others will know. Go see Mid-South, because professionalism, product knowledge, and great service is alive and well at this place! In the words of my 86-year-old mom, "Meeting Chris was worth two trips to Mid-South."
