The service at the Texarkana location is very unprofessional. They guaranteed photo enlargements by 6 pm if in by 2 pm. I went to get them the next day and they were not ready. I dropped in 2 hours later and one "manager" was playing in the floor with a baby who belonged to another "manager". Lunch tacos were on the counter. While I waited an hour on my order there was no sense of urgency with any of the staff. It took 2 of them to discuss a project for another customer. I asked for someone over these managers but there was no one else on the premises besides a clerk. I highly recommend that everyone take their business elsewhere. read more

I freakin hate this particular location store. I use them every year to print many copies of artwork of mine for a show every year. I understand that November-December are busy for any business but it irks me that there is maybe ONE competent person in the print shop. She is a dream. But if she's not there, it's hell on earth to get anything printed. I have learned that I have to spell out every single minor detail that you THINK would be just freaking common sense, but it's just not to these people. For example. If I ask for an image on an 8x10 piece of paper, and the image is stretched beyond recognition on that sheet of paper, do not print 150, "fit to page" copies of that image, and then expect me to pay for them. Common sense, people. Common. Sense. There is almost no where else to print in TXK and it's such a pain. So I go back every year. But it is the thorn in my side. Knowing I have to go to this Office Depot location every year is like knowing I'm about to throw up. I feel sick up until the moment I leave the store (usually no less than an hour later). I hate it. I HATE it. The Office Depot location I used to use in Kansas City was always quick and easy. Not the case, here. I'm guessing management doesn't give a crap and so the staff doesn't either. You need to start giving a crap. This city is growing by the minute, and before you know it, you'll have competition and have to step it up, oh i don't know, probably a thousand notches. read more

I went to Office Depot today to buy classroom supplies because of this week's 25% teacher discount. I had an assortment of pencils, notebooks, pens, paint, etc. When I went to check out I had over $20 of supplies and the cashier scanned my coupon and it only took off $1. The cashier did not know why it was only removing $1 and thought maybe the supplies were not qualifying purchases but were not sure. I asked what were qualifying purchases and she said she would have to ask the manager. She called the manager and we waited and waited and waited for over 30 minutes. Throughout the entire time waiting, even the cashier remarked that she could see the manager (his name was Bradley), and didn't know why he was not coming. Finally, I decided Office Depot must not want my money and I left without purchasing anything.. Unless Office Depot starts hiring some managers that actually care about their customers, this teacher will buy classroom supplies elsewhere. read more
