I shop for her at Dillard's, bealls, walmart, and Cato's, just to name a few. I never have a problem...I do her shopping swipe her card and leave. This store though always gives me fits about using her card. Even after I call my employer and they verify that it's her they still will not let me do her shopping. We have both called and complained and still we have the same problems over and over!!! I also want to say the little girls cloths are a good deal but when I buy shirts for my boys after I wash them it's almost impossible to get the wrinkles out. Even ironing doesn't do a whole lot for them after they wear them for an hour or so they look like they were pulled out of a cloths basket and just put on. So that said I would skip on the boys dress shirts at least.

I was out of town and had the hat picked up by my wife (meeting me out of town at my nephew's wedding). When I inspected the hat it was not shaped correctly. Not good. Their customer survey asked if I would like to speak to a representative about the poor service - I responded yes - crickets. So obviously they don't really care about their service. So you have to ask yourself - do I want to purchase something from a store that inflates their ability to provide a service and then could care less about following up when that service falls short? Don't know about you, but found someone else to shape the hat and am giving the boot barn the boot.
