Nice show room with lots to choose from, very nice associates, but they tell you that they hope delivery will be sooner than later, but later is the truth. 2-6 weeks I was told, it is 5 and half weeks. I have never been a fan of on demand supply. It only gives a company a bad rep. read more

I only gave this buncha rip off artists and morons a single star because I could not give less. I bought furniture over a month ago. Paid cash. Was told two weeks, no furniture. Another two weeks? "Maybe before the end of the month" Refund? Nope, gonna hit you with a restocking fee. Cannot get the sales associate, manager, or anyone in customer service at any level to even return a phone call. I work in retail. This place is a perfect example of how not to treat your clients, of how to ruin your brands name, of how to be 100 percent sure that client will never return, of how to insure that if you even say the word furniture around me that will give you a rant about what a bunch of scumbag these people are. Walked in and no one said a word or even looked at me. After walking past 6-7 employees, I realized they were perhaps not there to help people. I ordered the item from Ashley's website for half as much. I guess that's the cautionary tale. It's a small store with a very odd smell. read more

Our salesperson was really pushy. They tried convincing us to buy the first sectional sofa we looked at, and acted like they didn't really want to show us anything else. We ended up just leaving without really looking at anything. read more

I am not happy with how this purchase has gone. I am a patient person but this has been a bad experience for us. I paid cash for the living room suite I wanted. as time went on the delivery date kept getting pushed back. I got a call a few months after I bought the set to be told that the sofa was 10 more weeks out But they would waive the delivery fee and bring the rest of the set sooner. So delivery day came. The furniture was damaged so a claim was filed by the delivery team. Parts were sent to the house however they were the wrong parts so had to be reordered. When the delivery truck left the house they hit and damaged the overhead cable line. It has been over two weeks and the overhead line is still not fixed and I can't seem to get answers. So in short, I ended up fixing the damaged loveseat and it looks like I'll be dealing with the overhead cable line all while waiting another few months or so for my sofa to complete my set. Needless to say this hasn't been a good experience but I love the new look of my living room. read more

Final delivery was as scheduled with friendly and professional installers. Superb service and processing in the store. However, we waited an extra 3 weeks for delivery because the warehouse dispatcher received no answer when calling our home on 12 July, and then never logged the call nor called us back, delaying delivery until 2 August. read more

Overall positive experience. I was pleased with sales people, selection of furniture, delivery and setup. Couple of hiccups with availability of what I ordered and slight damage to furniture upon delivery. The store responded within 24 hours to start replacement of damaged furniture. read more

Miguel and Kat were great and very accommodating for what I wanted to purchase. Unfortunately, I didn't get the names of the two delivery men, but they were careful and quick. elderly mom bought bedroom suit. 1 pc was damaged. Was to be replaced. After 2 months of not hearing anything , I called to ck on it. Was told they would check and call back.. No call. .. I made numerous calls and was told something different. Each time , "We guarantee, we will have it taken care of by... " Well, time came and went each time. No call, Asked for manager, got an assistant, posing as manager that lacked professionalism. This company does not seem to back their products or their promises or commitments. I had read negative reviews prior to our purchases but thought they were just mad customers. I thought I would have a positive experience and then I could post it. I was really wrong. The reviews that are written on all the different sights are EXACTLY the same experience I had. I gave them so many chances to do the right thing or at least keep me in the loop as things didn't play out as they promised. No apologies, no regret, no nothing. Not a good experience. And if you have shopped here, you know, you pay good money for anything in their store. Just no service if there is a problem. In fact, it's very frustrating. When I tried to tell the secretary that it would have made things better if she would have returned the calls as promised and she reminded me of the "1" call she did make back to me. read more
