This leads me to not enjoy shopping as much as I used to. So when I had to get an outfit for a concert, I procrastinated and it led to more stress. After attempting to find an outfit at 2 other stores, I tried this store. It changed shopping for me. The ladies were super friendly. They asked me what I was looking for and then picked out outfits for me to try and set me up a dressing room while I looked around. While I was trying on clothes, they were more than willing to help find different sizes and styles. It was like my own personal stylists. AND THE CLOTHES FIT! They were super cute and had sizes from small to like a 3x. It was glorious! And the prices were reasonable. I will definitely be going back!

If you were stuck in Texarkana for the day like I was then you might end up visiting places like this too. It was mainly because Barbie wanted to check out one of these stores and she hadn't been to one in a while and this one was friendly and had some pretty cool stuff. I just found everything to be too basic for our standards but the prices were good. However since service was really nice I will give Cato 4 instead of the usual three. I know it's a chain but it's a little local version of chain and if we support them, hopefully they will do well. Oh, and I'm surprised they don't have any Yelp reviews. But they do now!

I was out of town and had the hat picked up by my wife (meeting me out of town at my nephew's wedding). When I inspected the hat it was not shaped correctly. Not good. Their customer survey asked if I would like to speak to a representative about the poor service - I responded yes - crickets. So obviously they don't really care about their service. So you have to ask yourself - do I want to purchase something from a store that inflates their ability to provide a service and then could care less about following up when that service falls short? Don't know about you, but found someone else to shape the hat and am giving the boot barn the boot.
