My husband was locked out of Facebook on his phone. We had some items listed on fb marketplace so it was important that we access so we did not miss a sale. We had an appointment with the Geek Squad set up at Best Buy tomorrow. However, we were in the shopping center where the Phone Pros was located and thought why not? Well.....John helped my husband and had his facebook back up and running in about 2 minutes and 35 seconds. We said our thank yous and were on our way. John was very helpful. read more

I brought in my sons iPhone after it was thrown in the pool By toddler. I left the phone with "the phone pros" for an hour . When I came back I was told phone was deadit could not be fixed. I took it home and my son took the protective coveroff only to notice the back of phone was cracked throughout. I did not pay it much mind sine the "experts@ said it was dead. Today (3 days post pool) the phone was working fine . Gentleman was polite well mannered but 1) had to know he cracked the back of the phone and just played it off 2) obviously lacked the technical ability to open the phone 3) he was completely wrong in regards to the phones functionality. DO NOT EVER GO!!!! I went in for a normal back glass replacement, which cost me almost $200. They not only put it on wrong, but because they did my iphone battery swelled up and basically exploded, now I am having to get a new phone because of their haphazard service!!!! read more

Charged twice what they said.. Screen broke the next day they would not fix it.. Bad place..

Do you have any idea how much it costs to replace the glass on an iPhone 11 and an iPhone 8?! I didn't either, but I do now! Might need to sell a kidney to help cover the cost! Holly cow! My son broke his about a month ago or so and I broke mine a week ago. (After 20 years on never breaking a screen I shattered this one!) We were at the in-laws out in the middle of no where and I had to find a spot to get them fixed. So Phone Pros in Texarkana won out! We drove up, walked in, handed over our phones and 30 mins later we were minus $500 bucks and had two totally fixed phones, with tempered glass protectors, and a new life case for mine... Yep broke that too. Service was great and the work was done fast! I couldn't have asked for more... read more

They were fixing my sons cracked camera lens and shattered his screen so they replaced it but not well and my son didn't realize till it was to late because the screen wasn't properly put on the phone therefore the glass was standing a quarter of an inch up off of the back until water had gotten inside the phone because of that resulting in his phone being fried and all they could say to me is I can't prove that's how the water got inside the phone read more

Phone Pros - They made my iPhone new again thanks guys ... (This is the cracked version of my phone ) - Mobile Phone Repair Near Me - Texarkana, Texas

High regard for this place! I needed my screen fixed for my iphone and husband's ipad and they were able to fix them for us. Guy at the front desk was helpful. What differentiates them from another store also here in Texarkana was that, they did NOT NEED our passcode to fix our stuff. I did not have to drive back for them to fix it again for the touchID. We'll come back for my husband's phone screen to get it fixed! Iphone screen was $99 plus taxes, ipad screen was $129 plus taxes, but I also availed their bundle to make my phone water resistant so bill came out to $300 ish. read more

Replaced my screen with a cheap screen with less responsive and bad colors and were not upfront about it.

Took a phone here in February to get the screen fixed & it was great..quick. Now we're having problems with the home button on the same phone..took it there to see if it can be fixed & they said whoever fixed it (THEIR EMPLOYEE) ripped the part off that connects the home button & the only way it can be fixed is to get a new screen. I have no problem getting a new screen but they're saying we having taken the phone somewhere else since February to have it fixed. & WE HAVE NOT. Please take responsibility for your error!!! Paid $100 for a ruined home button and now have to get another one! read more

I completely shattered the screen on my iPhone this last week. I took it into Phone Pros and they had it fixed within an hour. They were very polite and very efficient. However, my first complaint is with the fact that I called multiple phone repair places here in town to find the one with the best price. When I called phone pros, the man on the phone told me that the price would depend on how bad the screen was, but that it would be between $110-$130. After they fixed it and I came back to pick it up, they charged me over $150. My new screen also has a spot on it that is differently colored than the rest of the screen. If you're in a pinch and need it done quickly, I would use them but otherwise I would look at other options. read more
