Smartphone EMT in Texarkana, TX was the BEST with customer service. Both my iPhone 6s Plus and my son's iPhone 6s Plus had received water damage. We love these phones so we wanted to save them. EO was the best, he wasn't sure if the phones would be repairable but he work on them for a few hours and dried them out. He knew that the phones still may only work for a few days, a few months or perhaps a few more years, so he wouldn't charge me anything. I'm hopeful that in a few days since they've been dried out they will come back on, but even if they don't, I'm grateful for EO and his honesty and service. I first inquired via Facebook page and someone got back to me quick. Drove to Texarkana to have my iphone screen fixed since I broke it. The first guy who helped me was okay and had a flat affect. Took about an hour, and my bill was $119.99 I picked it up and drove home. I should have checked it because the touch sensor WONT work. I messaged them again, and took it back. What I thought was that I had a dead iPhone due to a fall I had in which I landed directly on it. It was shattered and wouldn't power up. EMT looked at it and said "you're going to have to get this one replaced" then broke out in a grin and said that he was just kidding. Hey I liked this guy already!
