Took an iPhone 5S years ago to the store for repairs. They said the phone is not repairable, but when asked to return the phone they could not find it. Needless to say, I will not be taking anything there again. read more

Smartphone EMT in Texarkana, TX was the BEST with customer service. Both my iPhone 6s Plus and my son's iPhone 6s Plus had received water damage. We love these phones so we wanted to save them. EO was the best, he wasn't sure if the phones would be repairable but he work on them for a few hours and dried them out. He knew that the phones still may only work for a few days, a few months or perhaps a few more years, so he wouldn't charge me anything. I'm hopeful that in a few days since they've been dried out they will come back on, but even if they don't, I'm grateful for EO and his honesty and service. I first inquired via Facebook page and someone got back to me quick. Drove to Texarkana to have my iphone screen fixed since I broke it. The first guy who helped me was okay and had a flat affect. Took about an hour, and my bill was $119.99 I picked it up and drove home. I should have checked it because the touch sensor WONT work. I messaged them again, and took it back. EO was pleasant and was able to resolve the problem. I would have given 5 stars if I did not have to take it back. read more

What I thought was that I had a dead iPhone due to a fall I had in which I landed directly on it. It was shattered and wouldn't power up. EMT looked at it and said "you're going to have to get this one replaced" then broke out in a grin and said that he was just kidding. Hey I liked this guy already! Told me to come back in an hour and it would be ready. I did and it was good to go! It was a very pleasant experience. I highly recommend this place! read more

Three employees standing around socializing, almost blocking the entrance, continued to ignore me as I entered. A person at the counter, busy with another customer, finally waved one of them over to me, ten minutes later. The employee, African American and middle aged, wouldn't even offer to look at my phone. She told me "put it in rice, if that doesn't work, it's an insurance claim" and then promptly went back to socializing. Everyone knows that the "put it in rice" is an urban myth and doesn't really work. Everyone, it seems, except Verizon employees.

These guys are wonderful! I stopped in because my cell phone screen was not working and was met my the nicest guy, EO. He immediately did everything he could to put me at ease. I was headed out of town the next day so he rushed me through the process and helped my get back all of my data. I was so thrilled that I purchased an otter box from them to keep my next phone safe. This place is as good as it gets!!! The people that run this place are as honest as they come!!! I took my iPhone 7 there after I had the screen replaced somewhere else, instead of ripping me off by charging me for a new screen they fixed a minor glitch with the screen I already had. Saved me a TON of money!!!! So I had no problem paying for a new screen for my son's iPhone 8 which was also just replaced. They didn't "bad mouth" the other company just gave the screen so that I could get refunded for the screen. Thank you Smartphone EMT!!! You guys are life savers!!! My phone wouldn't keep a charge longer than 15 minutes. I was constantly having to place my phone on the charger. I was about to buy a new phone when a friend told me I probably should just buy a battery. Went to Smartphone EMT, they had the battery in stock and 30 minutes later I was back in business.
