She went alone to the appointment, and explained some problems she was having with her contacts. The doctor suggested she try some different ones, which she went along with what he was saying, and had a fitting, having no idea there was a fee. At the end of the appointment she was charges $45.00 for the contact fitting. $45.00 for them to hand her a set of contacts she put into her own eyes. I called them to discuss this, and was told there are signs posted, that it is a service that was provided and refused to refund her money. I decided at that point that I would find a new optometrist. **Update** I received a return call from the office manager. She was very professional, and worked with me to resolve my issue. We will continue to use "The Eye Guys" on Texas blvd for our eye glasses and contact needs.

I am a migraine sufferer and I've read other reviews saying it helps for this as well. I will definitely try this on my next migraine. So glad to find what I was looking for. Thanks MP!

When my daughter moved and needed furniture I want to Hank's and expected the same good result. Instead the service has been a nightmare. I was talked into a particular table and chairs because the set would be available on April 20. The day before April 20 I got a call saying 2 of the 4 chairs would be delivered and the other 2 a week later. On April 20, no chairs were delivered. Since then I have repeatedly been promised, "The chairs will be here on Thursday, and we will immediately ship them." I even called the corporate office and was told they would contact the store. Two weeks ago I was told two chairs had been shipped on Thursday and would be there on Monday (May 30). Still no chairs. No one ever calls me to say chairs have been delayed. No communication is initiated by Hank's. Today I called Hank's and was told, "The chairs will be in on Thursday and will be shipped." I have never had to put up with service like this from any reputable vendor.
