Their work ethic is very sound & visible. They carefully wrapped furniture items. All furniture was protected & arrived unscathed. As a client, I did my part in packing, marking boxes, and marking the furniture placement at the new venue. If I changed a placement, they were happy to relocate items. The price was reasonable and clearly explained. I appreciate this good company & its employees.

Our glass tabletops were wedged between furniture, couch and throw pillows tossed in, some furniture wrapped (but not fully) and other pieces not wrapped at all. The furniture was all stacked on top of each other. We provided tons of moving blankets and plastic wrap, so there is no excuse as far as materials provided. Chips, scratches, gouges to numerous pieces, including a hole in the back of my daughter's dresser. Also, all bolts and screws to attach the furniture was tossed in random places and we still can't find them all! Please know I don't make it a practice to write bad reviews, but this is the WORST experience I've ever had. Hopefully I can save you the terrible damage I have experienced! I called and spoke to Lionheart and was asked to send pictures so that it wouldn't happen to another customer. I was also told that once things are loaded and the truck is driven off that they are not responsible...well gee thanks. PLEASE HEED MY WARNING...Use a different mover!! Seeing almost every piece of wood furniture unloaded with damage is absolutely devastating. Several pictures for reference. DO NOT use Lionheart! GO ELSEWHERE for your moving needs.

This is what happened to me after listening to the movers scream profanity at each other for hours while they moved me. DO NOT USE JG MOVING SOLUTIONS! YOU WILL REGRET IT!…read more The owner, Johnathan Black, gave us a what we thought was a professional estimate and sounded like a good moving company. On the day of the move they showed up 12 hours late at nearly midnight. We received very limited communication and thought we had been scammed. During the estimate Johnathan Black said they would bringing two 27 foot trucks. They showed up with a 20 foot trailer and a 10 foot uhaul at MIDNIGHT. They were unable to load all of the items and wanted us to agree to pay another 3K to get the rest of our items. This was at 4 am. We refused and rented a van ourselves to move the rest of our belongings. It took a week for one of the trucks to show up for delivery. Johnathan Black repeatedly lied to us about where the truck was and when it would arrive. We were told multiple times is was on the way and it would be there shortly, but would not arrive. We finally had a friend drive by where they store the trucks and they found the truck with our and items unloaded onto their parking lot. We have no idea what they were doing for that week with our stuff. We asked that Johnathan Black to release our things to another company to move instead and Johnthan Black refused to release our goods to a different company. When the truck did arrive nearly a week late it was again nearly midnight. The delivery crew was tired and complained about having to move things to the downstairs part of the house. I had to move and load/unload many boxes myself to just get the job done. We have moved several time and this was by far the worst moving company we have ever work with. The billing made no sense with different companies canceling payment and unknown companies billing us. I recommend you avoid this company.

They were able to squeeze in my 3hr block of moving heavy stuff (cost $285!) with only about a weeks notice! The only reason I dropped a star is because of punctuality. If we agree on 11am I expect movers at 11am... or at least a phone call at 1045 saying you're going to run late. When I call and text and don't get anything until 12, when they say they're on the way, that's a bit frustrating. But that's a problem with company management, the movers themselves were top notch and great guys.

If I had the option to rate this business with ZERO stars, I would have absolutely done so…read more Mighty Movers charged me for three movers at the rate of $60 per hour; however, one of the movers did not move one single piece of furniture, plastic tote, moving boxes, etc. He remained on the moving truck, and only entered my new residence to have me sign the moving contract. Not only was I charged a total of $1,200.00 for 6 1/2 hours in which during that time included the movers leaving my previous residence without notification, leaving several items behind in my old residence that I had to compensate someone with a large truck to load and bring to my new residence, and stopping by and ordering lunch from McDonald's and afterwards discarding their trash (including two empty cans of Hard Lemonade (alcoholic beverages) on my enclosed patio. They damaged and/or destroyed many of my household goods and new furniture (all of which were purchased between my MI date of 07/01/23 and MO date of 08/29/24 at The Corridor Apartments. When confronting one of the movers (Terry Davis) in the act of damaging the top of my new 2023 LG Steam dryer, he verbally abused me. Then, after confronting Mr. Davis a second time when I caught him damaging the top of my brand new living room end table, he cursed me out again. After contacting the owner of Mighty Movers (David Trahan) to report Mr. Davis's verbal assault on me, the owner admitted to me that he was fully aware of Terry Davis being BiPolar, and not currently taking his prescription medication. After the movers left my new residence, I discovered the theft of the following items: Unopened Energizer MAX AA Alkaline Batteries 48 pack, Dual Port Charging plug, Charging cable for 64GB Apple IPad (10th Generation) WI-FI + Cellular, a new LARGE Black Industrial flashlight, a brand new (never used) car battery charging station unit, and a moving box containing at least 20 or more brand new picture frames (unopened and still with tags). All of my moving boxes were clearly labeled with the room, contents, and whether the contents were fragile or not; however the movers literally dumped all of my moving boxes behind my living room couch and loveseat; therefore, causing me to spend several hours relocating the moving boxes to their designated rooms. After discovering that the movers stacked my plastic storage tubs up (four tubs high = 8 tubs) against my double French doors leading to my patio, I relocated them only to discover that they had damaged my mini-blinds on the right French patio door. Then, after gaining access to my uncovered patio area (which was blocked by the plastic totes), I discovered that the movers had placed a cardboard moving box labeled "Living Room" on my patio, which by then the contents were completely ruined from the rain that was forecasted for that same afternoon. All three of the movers were instructed three times at my previous residence to not touch/move any pictures, mirrors, and wall decorations that were not wrapped and/or boxed up; however, they chose to ignore my instructions and threw several of the above mentioned items in the moving truck; consequently, those items were either destroyed and/or irreparable damage was done to those items. So far, I have discovered that they have lost my charging electrical cord to my Shark Duo clean POWERFINS vacuum cleaner and damaged the same vacuum cleaner (unrepairable), lost several latches and damaged the lids to my brand new plastic totes (purchased two days prior to my move), and broken several pieces of German crystal ware that I inherited from my parents (irreplaceable) that were individually wrapped with Bubble Wrap and stored in a moving box marked FRAGILE. Please be FOREWARNED that if you choose to employ Mighty Movers, you can EXPECT the "Movers from HELL" if I am being completely honest!!!

After being instructed at least 3 times to not touch or move pictures, wall hangings, and mirrors that were not in boxes/wrapped and that I would transport those items myself in my personal vehicle, they ignored my instructions and threw them on their moving truck; therefore, causing irreparable damage to those items which were brand new. All of my moving boxes were clearly marked with the room, contents, and whether the contents were fragile or not. Instead of placing the moving boxes in their respective rooms, the movers chose to just drop them off in the closest area to them. Their actions resulted in my having to spend hours picking up and relocating those boxes. I personally witnessed one of their movers (Terry Davis), move a brand new end table (uncovered) on a moving dolly with a contractor's bag full of hard plastic shoe boxes to top of the end table, and drag the bag off of the end table top, which resulted in marring the end table's top. I also witnessed the same mover stack three heavy plastic tubs on top of my uncovered brand new LG dryer, when I asked him to remove the tubs, he dragged all 3 of the tubs across my new LG dryer, resulting in denting and scratches on the top surface of the LG dryer. They destroyed a 9 cube black storage container unit, dented and scratched a Nine-Star 21 1/2 gallon Motion detector stainless steel trash can, left a cardboard moving box marked living room on my uncovered patio (which resulted in the contents being completely ruined due to rain), blocked the access to my patio (both French doors) by stacking plastic tubs at least 5 feet high in front (resulting in damaging the patio doors's mini blinds), stole a brand new unopened package of Energizer MAX AA 48 pack batteries, stole both my dual port charger and IPad charging cord, lost the charging cord to my Shark Vertex duo clean POWERFINS vacuum (rendering it inoperable), broke lids/lost latches to new storage tubs which were purchased 2 days prior to moving, broke several pieces of Crystal ware (each piece individually wrapped with bubble wrap and stored in a box marked FRAGILE), and dragged my new O'Cedar Easy Wring Spin mop (which was stored in the dual Bucket system) across grass (which resulted in my spending over a hour picking dry grass/twigs out of it), Last but not least, the movers left dirty hand prints on both of my light beige linen upholstered barstools, brand new sofa and loveseat, pink upholstered desk chair, both my white and light brown desks, and all of my plastic moving tubs; unfortunately, resulting in my purchasing two bottles Resolve Upholstery Cleaner and spending hours cleaning off their dirty handprints from my household goods. After contacting the owner of Mighty Movers (David Trahan), and reporting that his mover Terry Davis had cursed me out TWICE, Mr. Trahan admitted to me that he was aware that Terry Davis was BIPOLAR and currently not taking his prescribed medication. All of the above mentioned damaged household goods were purchased brand new and after July 1, 2023 (the move-in date of my previous residence), and all the damages incurred by Mighty Movers occurred on my move-out date of August 29, 2024. I was charged for 6 1/2 hours at the rate of $180 per hour (3 movers), but one of the men stayed on the truck and only got off the truck to deliver and have me sign the moving receipt. In addition to being overcharged, the movers left several large tubs at my apartment, and took off to my new residence without notifying me they were leaving, which resulted in my having to compensate someone with a large truck to retrieve the items they left behind. The movers also stopped for lunch @ McDonald's on the way to my new residence, and threw all of their garbage (McDonald's bags) over my enclosed patio fence, including two empty cans of Hard Lemonade (alcoholic beverages) which they had consumed on the job. To be quite honest, if I had the option to rate Mighty Movers with ZERO stars, I would have done so.

They damaged a chair (antique), an end table (pictured) and dropped and shattered our big green egg. When they brought in the end table the worker said "um, sorry, the knob came off" As you can see, it was much more than just a knob coming off. It was completely damaged beyond repair. He also said he could fix it with some gorilla glue. I actually laughed at that one! The same worker thought he could move the egg off the truck alone even though it weighs (with the large wooden stand it was on) probably 1000 lbs. It shattered because it is completely ceramic. We have submitted claim forms but the owner hasn't responded and said she would replace the egg with a used one, since ours wasn't new. It was less than 4 years old and only had been used maybe 8 times, it was in pristine condition. It also held a pampered chef pizza stone, which was also broken. After the egg incident the head worker and the one who dropped it screamed at each other loudly in our driveway for about 15 minutes, blaming and defending and screaming. All extremely unprofessional. We had provided lunch for them and were gracious to them at the time, because it is just things, but the fact that we haven't heard from them and no restitution has happened makes me want to leave a true review, so you know what you are getting. The worker who dropped the egg, said he wouldn't be returning to work because he didn't want to work for free. (obviously not recognizing that he would be working to pay off a debt, not working for free) He also said the owner would hire anyone who showed up to work, which let me know that they are mostly inexperienced at properly moving items of value. They also said they couldn't get the baby bed apart and didn't move it, however, when my husband went back to move it, it came apart quickly and easily. I think they just didn't want to move it. This is small, but also they told us they wouldn't move the mattresses without a mattress cover and that we would be charged for them if we didn't have them. So we purchased them ahead of time and they were never used. We left them on each of the mattresses for them to use, but the movers didn't use them. So that was wasted money as well. A lot of our boxes were smashed and I am so thankful we didn't let them move my valuable china, mirrors or pictures. So all in all, if you don't have stuff you care about, they were fine. This move happened in Nov 2020 and we still have no resolution and not even a returned call or text in regards to restitution. We are beyond frustrated and upset that we are going to have to take them to small claims court. We are getting our paperwork ready now to be served.
