I called him in the morning one day after researching several other local appliances repair companies, and he was able to come out that very same afternoon. He was so personable and friendly, and within 5 minutes, he knew what was wrong with it. It was a very simple fix, and when he was ready to leave, he told me there would be no charge. I couldn't believe my ears. Any other company would have charged a minimum service fee, no questions asked. That really made an impression on me. A couple of weeks later, I called him again to check out 2 refrigerators we have that weren't cooling. Again, he made time to come to our home that very same day. He was here for 3 hours and worked diligently the entire time. By the time he left at 8pm, he had one fridge completely fixed and the other one accurately diagnosed with the part needed to fix it. The fee he charged us that evening for 3 hours of work was more than reasonable. The next morning, my husband went to pick up the part we needed at the supply store Mike recommended to us . In addition, with Mike's instructions. he was able to install it himself, which saved us some money. I really appreciate the excellent customer service Mike has provided to us and would not hesitate to call him again for any home appliance issue. We told him that we didn't want it and they told us we would have to pay a 25% restock fee. Why would we have to pay a restock fee when it didn't work when we got it.
