This business is freakin amazing!!…read more I've never had to deal with a leaking hot water tank. What a mess they can make. Randy came out to take a look at it the same day I called. He was super nice, on time, and wore his mask the whole entire time. This is when amazing stuff started to happen....Phil showed up!!! What a great guy and is very knowledgeable about his hot water tanks, heat pumps, and furnaces. I totally was in awe of him. This company is very lucky to have him. Then there is the office staff....very helpful, always answered the phone, and always called to let me know Phil was on his way! Thank you guys for making my experience great.

The ladies in the office are so friendly and knew me by name when I stopped by. Randy handled the quote and was so sweet and easy to work with. Made me feel assured every step of the way. Showed me every single option we had for replacements and made sure we knew what to expect. Phil did an amazing job with the actual replacement. Walked me through the new system and I think my garage was cleaner when he left than when he arrived. Pricing was exactly as quoted and there were even options that are more budget friendly as well as financing that was a piece of cake too!! Seriously wonderful people. Thank you pacific air for taking such good care of us.

A service call for our sputtering gas fireplace resulted in a $250 charge. We called and explained…read morethat we were unpleasantly surprised by the price and the company reduced the bill by $50. The job took (maybe?) 10 minutes and involved the lower panel being unclipped, then two gas valves being turned up a bit higher. No cleaning, no safety inspection, nor were we told before the job what the minimum change would be. The service was fine and our fireplace is now working well, but I think that even the reduced price of $200 is steep for a quick in-and-out job.

The technician, Kyle, was professional, kind, and even played with my toddler while she was checking out his work! Kyle also noticed a slow leak and fixed it on the spot for no extra charge. I am really impressed with the install! Additionally, the pricing was very reasonable. There were no extra fees or up-charges-- the estimate I was given before the install was the final price!

They promised to have a drywall tech come in and repair the hole and the water damage. I attempted to contact them for over 6 months and got no reply. What a terrible experience. The other company I'd contacted was $100 higher (!) and had only "a few openings" left for the month. Al, my service tech, arrived about 15 minutes early. Finally, he recommended some products that would help keep the chimney cleaner going forward and save me some money as well. Based on my single experience, I have no problem recommending Arcon.

OK, this can happen but his voice mail message asked that I contact his email or send a text. I did both. I texted him again and he asked me to text him the following week on a Monday and we could get something set up. I did. He didn't respond. 2 weeks later I texted him again. And he responded that he had been ill, and had family in. But to text him again on Friday, and we would set something up. Very impressed with the rapid, same-day response on a Sunday from Noah at Jafco when our kitchen…read morefaucet in the home we've been in for a year randomly started severely leaking. Noah suspected a supply line issue and noted it would cost the same for him to replace the faucet as to repair it. We decided to replace the faucet (sooner than we had planned) and Noah recommended Delta touchless as reliable, great warranty, and a one-hour or less install, which we could buy online. Noah didn't charge us for the service call and told us to call and schedule an install and he'd come back and install it whenever the faucet arrived. While we waited for the faucet to arrive, we did notice that a tightening of the faucet's pull-down connector was all that was needed to stop the deluge, but we were happy to have the replacement due to the faucet losing water pressure rapidly after our move-in. Noah was prompt for the install appointment, cleaned up after himself, stayed masked, and installed a matching air gap for free. We're very happy with the purchase and we were tickled at Noah's excitement for this brand of faucet. Thanks for a job well (and safely) done!

Updated review: I want to like this company based on a previously decent experience, but my recent…read moreexperience has been abysmal. They're impossible to get in touch with. I've left multiple voicemails, I've sent multiple emails, and the most I get is a weeks-delayed response that they'll "be in touch", and then nothing. It's been almost 2 weeks since I last heard from them. I purchased a 5 year labor warranty on my A/C unit a year and a half ago, and since then, they have been dodging their responsibility to come out and diagnose the system, which is now failing. The first time the system was scheduled to be fixed, they cancelled their original installation date to go work on another project, and we had to sit through the hottest weekend on record with no A/C. Then the husband, Brian, gave me an angry call when I asked the wife, Austine, to waive the previously undisclosed cargo fee as a professional courtesy due to the inconvenience. The owners claim that they're moving away from residential work. That doesn't absolve them of commitments to their previous residential customers, though.
