Robyn who answers the phone and helps schedule is the next part of the positive experience!! The positive and professional follow through that she provides is much appreciated!!! Then, the installation team, headed by Nick, came and gave us an efficient, professional, timely and respectful experience. The three person team were coordinated in the removal of the old system, prepping and pressure testing of the new components, and clean up, and the whole experience was an A+ affair. We are happy with the new system and know that if there are issues, all it will take is phone call to this quality company. Les and Jane Olson

I have used All Season in the past and there work is good but there pricing is awfully expensive…read more. I did purchase one of there service/maintenance contracts for over year and finally realized that your not really getting any bargains for their service if something breaks down! You still have to pay out of pocket and the difference in the discount from the contract isn't worth the monthly amount they charge for the contract... And another downside to there service contract is that once you sign up your obligated to paying the contract for a whole year subscription.. No matter what company you choose to call on they all charge price for getting in their truck.. Service contracts are not worth the money they charge!!!

PCH came out slapped a sticker on the furnace saying it was serviced. One month after the sale was final we got the keys to move in. On one of the hottest days we could move we turn on AC and NOTHING but hot air. Long story short They did NOTHING Had to dig around outdoor unit to get panel off, and was EMPTY of any Freon The furnace had rust in the breaker, corrosion on the coils and numerous other things. We sent pictures to the PCH waiting for a response. We were told they serviced it. We had to replace the units . Chris's advise and skill were invaluable in helping us solidify our ideas and when we got stuck he was always there to offer great suggestions and options. We just finished remodeling our family room and Chris and his team have once again not failed to amaze us. Both the in law suite and the family room were in existing structures from 1979. They were able to bring us into the 21st Century while navigating the wiring of the late 70's. We are now state of the art, USB in most all wall and floor outlets and remote controls for all our lights in the family room/Home theater. All our cabinets and book cases have lights in them or under them. and it feels so good! Joe, the owner, has hung in there with us, working with our crazy schedules. Chris, however put up with our crazy ideas and made them a reality often times he and Nate would say " You might want to consider this" and they were always right. They worked COVID clean and always with respect for us and the property. I would not hesitate to hire them again, and when you have a house this old the next job is just around the corner.

Now the air flow is much better and we are very comfortable! My neighbor is now getting a heatpump and updating his furnace too through TCS. Tahoma Comfort Systems went beyond what any other installers would have done and we are happy.

I explained as clearly as I could what the other 2 had said before they gave up on it. So they would know going in, that this was going to be a difficult fix. They assured me they wouldnt give up, that they would keep on it until they fixed it. Well 2 stars not one because Keith gave it his best effort, but inevitably gave up. He stopped responding to my texts, and when I called the office to see what was going on, they said that the fan that was ordered to replace mine, was incorrect, and if I wanted them to still fix it, I'D HAVE TO FIND THE FAN. Well I emailed Goodman (the maker of my unit) and they refused to work with me because I'm a home owner not a company. Basically this company gave me the run around for 3 months. Now 7 months into trying to get this damn thing fixed, and the new company i had to come in after Tahoma says theres nothing wrong with the fan. Tahoma also charged for an hour of labor, and the cost to determine what was wrong with it. (And watch out! They'll charge for an hour of labor to order your part for you as well! They only refunded that after I complained that they never quoted that before charging me) However they could never tell me what was wrong with it, and it never got fixed. Keith was great though, well, until the company told him to stop replying to us. It's OK to admit you don't know how to fix something, just tell us before we're trapped in this oven of a house in the middle of summer.
