Before we hired him and Brian I made sure he had a bond and license. He kept saying I was just supposed to trust him. They did the work and the tankless works fine but when I did a call back on an issue I left several messages and when I didn't get a response I called Navien. When he finally came he kept saying to call him not the company and I told him that I did. Brian was supposed to take over the business but there is no way of getting ahold of either of them.
