He made it all better - even demonstrating how it should look under the cap (in case I somehow mess it up again). And, no charge! He spent scheduling time and gas to come fix this! It was bumped up against a copper wire and literally melting. He quickly repaired that, explaining as he went along. Truck, shovel,shop vac. 2 tools. 3500.00 laber.... Plummer was boots on the ground for 1 1/2 hr. With drive time 3 hr. I do know that bid was for 5 ft of ground work.
