Before permits could even be pulled, their staff member, Paul Wise, began pressuring me to start the job immediately. Without a permit, Paul came to my property, excavated, and then falsely claimed my sewer pipe was broken and full of waste, demanding an additional $10,000. A second, reputable plumbing company confirmed Paul had lied; the sewer line was fine, and the "repair" he did was unnecessary and incorrectly done. When I confronted Paul with these findings, he responded with a torrent of verbal abuse, threats of physical violence, and threatened to place a lien on my home for work I never authorized.
