When they started the project the day of Halloween, the landscapers showed up very early. It only took a few minutes for them to remove the dead shrubs. At first the front porch looked pretty bad because of the bare porch. The next day, landscapers returned to apply more sod and start the brick work. When they laid the brick, my porch started to look more even. The shrubs like blue fescue, lavender, fountain grass and azalea were installed. Once that was done, mulch was applied to the porch and side yard. Everything was basically complete except for a couple boulders to be installed. Unfortunately it did take a couple weeks for it to arrive. I emailed Josh(owner of Mint Landscapes) checking on the status, and the boulder was installed the very next day. Now my front porch looks AMAZING!! My neighbors always compliment me about my porch. I'm extremely happy about the work they did. Although Mint is not the cheapest in the area, they do provide excellent work and are very courteous. I'd highly recommend them.
